  Worst Bank on the PLANET! I got an account there when i first arrived in the state NOT knowing what kind of people they are! They charge you for EVERYTHING deposit slips withdrawal slips and they deliberately look for reasons to argue like if you wear a hat. I was treated so rudely that i called their corporate office and instead of an apology they said they will just close my accounts and mail me a check. After investigating this bank further I found out they are a special kind of bank that gives accounts to people who can’t get a count at normal banks so I emptied my accounts told him to go F themselves and and now banking at a more reputable bank! I also learned they are the bank of the US Marines on Paris Island and that the bank has extremely sticky fingers when it comes to US Marine Corps soldier pay in fact the Marines call it “Fort Steal national bank”

  Yeah not open most of the week. No local number to even check. Just a very difficult bank. Just save yourself the time and don’t get an account here.

  Very rude customer service if I could give zero stars I would I've been with this bank for years haven't had really any problems until now

  I would give this branch negative numbers if they were available. I went to this location because it is close to where I work. I try to go during my lunch hour because I also carpool. When I went last week to make a deposit, which I do monthly, I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. There were only 2 tellers and they were both working on opening new accounts. There was no acknowledgement of my standing there. After waiting, I was the one after standing for 15 minutes if it was going to be much longer. They were both very unfriendly and said that it wouldn't be much longer. I ended up leaving to shop at Walmart and came back. When I came back I was the first in line. When I got to the teller window I complained about their lack of help when I was banking during my lunch hour. She told me not to bank there during my lunch hour. Then Another guy walked up and the tellers both walked away and went behind a closed door without helping me first. When they came back out after several minutes I asked for their names and reported them. I went to another branch to make my deposit. And they want you to refer others?

  The supervisor was rude. She was upset that she had to get up from her chair to come speak with me. Then in order to complete my request she felt I needed to tell her my personal business. She later recognized my wife's name when she was making a deposit and felt it was ok to tell my wife all about the incident. Very rude very unprofessional

  Needs to update information such as opening and closeing times it says 9 but does not open till 10
