  Alex and his team hands down provided me with an experience I will always remember. From start to finish, I was so impressed.   My husband and I recently refinanced with Patriot and I cannot say enough great things about this company! We were mid way through the process with another company - one of the big companies you see commercials for on tv but were quickly disillusioned when we sent in an “application fee” and never heard from another live person again. During the frustrating time of dealing with automated emails from them, we received a letter from Patriot Mortgage in the mail. I noticed they were a local company and took a chance and gave them a call. I believe it was fairly late on a Friday evening and did not expect a call back until Monday. To my surprise, our loan officer Ryan McKinney called me right back and spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone obtaining info and walking me through the process. Ryan is very down to earth and does not give off the ‘salesman’ vibe at all. I genuinely felt that he cared about getting us the best rate and making it work for our particular needs. Our loan officer Lindsay Olivera was amazing as well. Both she and Ryan continuously kept us updated on the status of things and I never felt in the dark or like I was refinancing with a computer. They even helped me get my application fee back from the other company! Whether you live in the middle TN area or across the country, I highly recommend bypassing the big corporate company and using Patriot Mortgage. This was an all around amazing experience and I’m so grateful to them!

  Alex was so pleasant to work with during the entire process! He reached out after I had been in my home for a couple of months and could get me a significantly lower interest rate. He moved things along quickly and it could not have gone smoother! I was not impressed with my previous mortgage broker, but you truly feel like a VIP when dealing with Alex. Recommend him 100%!!

  Alex Olivera was amazing from start to finish - all the way from pre-approval to closing. He was informative, responsible, professional and personable. Especially during the stressful time of buying a home, Alex was always there to answer our questions and help walk us through the loan process and explain our options. He was also very responsive to our real estate agent. I highly recommend Alex as well as Patriot Mortgage!
