      I just had to write a review after seeing some of the others. My husband and I have been with PNC Bank for 6 years now. We have his business account and our personal accounts with PNC. They have always offered exceptional service to us as a larger company and the Willow Street branch has always been great as well. We have never had any issues, everyone is always friendly and accommodating. We plan to use the Willow Street Branch for years to come!

      Been with PNC for a few years, one of the worst banks. PNC somehow always finds a way to get your money. Always finding reasons to overdraft yout account even when you have overdraft protection. Also really good at leaving purchases to be pending in your account for days to help confuse you so you think you have funds available and within a few hours boom you overdrawn. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some money choose another bank.

      No bathroom for customers? All the years I've been banking with them at other branches and customers are treated very well... water, coffee, restrooms... I have a uti and had knee surgery and was told to walk over to the grocery store when I was supposed to be in a meeting with a bank manager... what if a child is about to have an accident?

      Let’s just say that I asked them to do a simple bank procedure and after 5 months it’s still not done.

      lines go out the door..walk in for help, you can stand there quite a while ....while all these 'managers' are at their desk and see you standing there.......shopping for a new bank!
