  I have worked with Farmers-Citizens Bank for over sixty years. Although they are now owned by PNC, they are the same personnel and go out of their way to serve me. I usually deal with the Salem branch, but all the branches have been helpful to me.

  On Friday morning (3/4/22), my husband and I were over 2 hours away from home getting ready to close on a piece of property. We were given misinformation from our lender and had to make a last minute wire transfer. We went into the nearest PNC Branch in Salem, IN where we found the most wonderful ladies who bent over backwards to help us get this done. They literally saved the day as we would not have been able to proceed with our much anticipated closing of our future homesite. I want to thank DaShana and her coworkers (I am sorry I cannot remember everyone’s name) - they were awesome!!

  Not sure why people have left bad reviews but I am assuming the bad reviews are a reflection of the reviewers personal choices/mistakes... I have never had a bad experience and everyone at the bank has always been polite to me. That being said, I will have to give 4/5 stars because, to me, bank fees and atm fees equate to extortion.

  Patty made my transition from my old bank to this bank as smooth as possible. She went out of her way to make sure everything processed quickly and correctly. Happy to call the Salem PNC branch my new banking home!

  Had my account information stolen about a month ago and had to open up a new account. My old account was supposed to be terminated after I got all of my bills transferred to my new account. Went in to finally close it and they refused to do so after I had waited over an hour to be helped. I will be finding a totally new bank now

  Very friendly staff, great bank u can trust ♡ much better than Hoosier Hills! I'd rather drive a little farther for the quality service! :) A++++

  Do not recommend PNC for business, especially Salem branch. Always have an excuse why they can't help, my personal opinion is they don't try very hard!

  The tellers are fast and nice, their customer service is great. Their online app works very well.
