  I don't think I've had a better experience on a week to week basis. Every time I visit the credit union I am greeted by name and everyone from the branch manager down always with a smile and ready to make sure you have a great experience and any issues or concerns are taken care of. The Salem Centra credit union is a positive for this community.

  i thought switching to a new bank would be stress free but i am learning that there is no such thing.. Not only am i more confused with the bank statements but i do not understand how your statement shows one thing but does something completely different such as there is not any way for me to know what my available balance is off the computer or statement which i was under the impression that if it shows a certain amount then thats what is have in my account but looks as if im being told that i was actually in the negative when some purchases were made instead of having the amount that it showed me having on the statement. looks like it will be looking for another bank after all so that i can understand when it comes to my money

  Hi Shelley, we apologize that you haven't had the best experience so far! Our statements are shipped after each month so the available balance would be different by a week or so. On Online Banking the Balance should show if you are negative or not as well as any pending transactions.   Hello I love banking with central they are great, it's just that every time I make a online purchase and have plenty of money in my account it won't let me touch the rest of my money at the atm. Just a minor malfunction. Thanks for listening

  We have banked with for years we have always had good experiences with them.We now have a branch in Salem with several people we know working there it is even better. The Salem branch is great .
