  I am a bank customer through a retail business here in town. The staff is friendly enough, but they are always under staffed. Now that the lobby is locked to customers due to Covid, when I try to call to do business, I get put on hold and ignored. Get some staff in there to service us, or lock up for good.

  This is the most backwards bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. You can't make a loan payment at the counter like you can at any other bank in the country, and Ida is the biggest (C) unt I have ever met. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They probably won't be open much longer anyway, it looks like a ghost town anytime you walk in there.

  I think they make bank policies as they just go along. Ask a simple question that a two-day employee should know and you may have to call 15 different people before you find someone who understands your question, yet still don't have the answer.
