  Ever since my first loan in 2017 the Mount Airy office has always been so friendly and helpful. They treat you like a friend. A big shout out to Margaret and Chris. Thanks for always being so nice. Great place to get a loan from. Recommend them to people all the time.

  Excellent people to work with. We asked for 1 amount due to credit issues and they worked there magic and got us more cash for our hand and paid 2 credit cards off for us.

  Devin Davis was great.   They have been great to me .they got in a new guy .. he was annoying . Called me everyday if I was late finally told him stop calling everyday.but over all I love Margaret she is a very nice lady helps me out. The over all staff is good .I have been with them for years. If you need a loan definitely go see Margaret..I recommend them to anyone .

  The staff is very professional. I think they need more staff. The staff is usually working on contracts of other people's that had previously been in or on the phone working on getting approvals. If you are not there to make payment you have to wait quite While. It's not that they are goofing off. There's one. Copier everyone is using. They need one that just prints checks and one that can print both contracts and other items. They have to stop in the middle of contracts and check printing to print simple receipts, it would speed the process up.
