Melody Rositas1Haven’t even had a chance to give a proper review since I was forced to move to PNC, from BBVA Compass. Because they are closed on Saturdays and only open during normal business hours when most people are at work, I will likely never be able to experience an in person visit, drive thru visit or give more than a one star review. PNC should seriously consider being more available to its account holders. Very disappointing.

Deborah Lira2After my experience today with a teller I am done. One thing that is glaringly obvious is they don't understand if there are no customers they don't need you. We began with Guaranty Bank when my husband worked for Temple-Inland then it went to BBVA. They were ok not enough to get me to leave. Now we have PNC with ridiculous policies. Considering we have accounts at 4 other banks and credit unions none of which hold checks. To discover this today when paying something put me over. We will be closing our account I don't need ridiculous policies or rude tellers.

Anthony Scuttl1I Wouldn’t Even Give This Bank 1 star Nobody Ever Answers the Phone And No Help Whatsoever Been With BBVA for 3 years and I thought that was the worst bank ever , taking My Business Somewhere Else.

Kat Valdez1The ONE single ATM they have—which is attached to a wall rather than being a drive thru ATM—is REGULARLY out of order. Every time I’ve gone to withdraw it shows an “Error completing task, Sorry for the inconvenience” so I’ve begrudgingly started to only visit the bank when they’re open and do all my business through the drive thru windows. I’m sure they’d appreciate shorter lines if the ATMs actually functioned.

Alan Grimsley1BBVA used to be the worst bank but now PNC Bank has that honor, when they took over BBVA Bank they did it in a way that made everything difficult. I’m done with banks moving to cryptocurrency.

MELISSA UNTERSEHER1If I could do zero stars, I would. My business has banked with Compass for years now. This branch is local for us, and when we opened our account, Luis & Alicia were absolutely awesome and showed the best customer care. They went out of their way to support us and our employees. HOWEVER... with the new branch manager, Jeremy, I am being instructed when I should and should not make deposits and when I can get change orders. Just because this branch is open does not mean they will tae care of your banking needs. He indicated it's about his staffing issues and what's best for his business. Your bank issues are not my problem, Compass. It would be great if I could instruct MY customers when to bring their business and when I would be willing to serve them the product I serve. During business hours, business is brought, without the expectation of my preference being the rule. Also, Jeremy went to my business and passed on his directions to my staff instead of contacting me, the account holder. Unacceptable. Lastly, the male tellers act as if you are inconvenience or they simply don't have social skills. Yes, I have passed this feedback on to Jeremy, but I never saw a difference. The women, Paige & Sarah are phenomenal! They should be trained and groomed to run a branch with the customer service they exhibit. I will not step foot in this branch again with one penny, though, thanks to Jeremy and the low standard of customer service he permits his employees to display. The branch I will continue to patronize is Congress & Oltorf (which is out of my way), where they actually appreciate you and your business.

Catherine Long1Don’t bother trying to call, they will not answer. Called multiple times and was left on hold each time long enough that I was disconnected and never got to speak with a representative.
