KAYLA NICOLE3Highly upset at the fact that I just opened an account and don’t have a debit card. So when I paid a lyft to come get cash because online it says you all are open until 1pm, and got there and you all were closed,... furious!

Laszlo vecsei1Management. Why do you let a teller take up on herself or himself to combine two or more check on one deposit? Last year I have spent a half a day researching because the teller combine more than one check into one deposit. I went to the bank and the teller was helpful to go back a year and half and was able copy the checks so finally everything clear up. Talk to the manager about the problem, she said I have to insist that they make separate entry for each check. Same thing happened this morning, I started to tell them separate entry but they were to busy so I was ignored. When I got the deposit slip it was two checks one deposit slip, ask them to cancel the deposit and do it right, after waiting 8-10 minutes was told can't be done they are short handed. This is not the teller's fault, it is the management fault.

JERMARLIN BOND2This is by far thee WORST Bank in Texas!!!! They received my electronic direct deposit 7 days ago that has (supposedly) went to a charged off account. Now when I think of charged off, I think of closed. So if it was closed, (and let me remind you) it supposedly closed 1day prior to the direct deposit which I don’t believe. This is the 8th day and this charged off/recovery department still has my Money!! Please don’t ask me why. If my account was overdraw, ok take your money, if it’s your I get that. But what I don’t get is how does it take 7 days to do that and release thee rest of my funds. And please don’t ask for their phone number. I mean you’ll be told several lies from bankers within the branch and customer service reps. The bankers at this location are worthless and are very unconcern about you or your money! Please run from this bank and their ridiculous fees and headaches!!!

Andre Rogers1Absolutely Disappointed in them. I had a contractor working at my home, and I needed to pay them in cash. I went to that branch to make a 1k withdrawal. My drivers license changed as to when I did work out of state. I made withdrawals there before. They would not do it saying no signature is on file. And said they can make an appointment to get me a file. I was like ok, look I need my cash what is this. They would not do it. I offered to use my old Drivers license that was cut on the corner, but the manager was combative, and would not listen. Long story short. I had to go down the street, and show them both DL. No arguing, just “ anything else we can help you with. Me no thank you. “have a nice day”

Marlida Green5When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. I wanted to wait in line for the teller to cash my check and then talk to someone in the office about my debit card. Long story short they killed two birds with 1 stone. They lady in the office had my checked cashed while she helped me with my debit card concern.

Toxic Ty & Denay1Worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life. Every single month I have to call in because they constantly charge me for items they aren't suppose to charge me for. I have a scheduled transfer every month on the 2nd, they transfer the money on the 3rd and 4th and than charge me 2 $38 non return item fee. Also I've had my account for going on 7 months this month they charged me $13.76 fir a monthly maintenance fee when I called in and asked the supervisor Steven was rude and unprofessional. He constantly kept talking over me and said he would not waive the fee because monthly it was being waived every month. When I call in every month they ask for my account number I provided it but than hey ask personal questions who leased the car you financed in 205 or which address do you know which person do you know. If I'm providing my account number and social why do I have to be interrogated just to verify my account. After my direct deposit on Thursday I will be changing banks immediately.

Princess Jasmine1The manager is a African American lady named Beth who is very rude, she refused to tell me her name and stated to me, "you just wanted to open an account for free money?" I found that very rude and disrespectful. I closed my account immediately and took my money out of this bank. Will never go back.
