chris forker1I’m astounded that I was charged a 2% for for cashing a PNC check. I’ve never paid a fee to cash a check in my life. First and last time I deal with PNC.

John Doe5This PNC is great, and it’s always very fast service, and employees have a smile while they are serving you, it’s like a personal relationship. But, the drive thru is very tight for larger vehicles like pickup trucks. But, it’s not a problem since the lobby is open. If you don’t have a particularly large vehicle the drive thru is fine, otherwise expect to fold your side mirrors or just go into the bank.

Toni Drew1Banker Tara reprinted my debit card without me asking for it. This stopped my current card from working. She asked when could I come and pick it up. I requested that they allow my husband to pick the card up as he is a JOINT owner on the account with his own card already. She told me they do not allow that even though it was strictly her fault. I think it’s ridiculous that PNC wanted to drag me and my infant out in the middle of a pandemic to pick up a debit card they reprinted in error. Do not touch customer’s account if they have not called you and asked for assistance. When your employees make mistakes you should work with the customers to resolve them.

Matt Starr5I have never had a better banking experience than when I go inside this PNC. In fact, I have never been treated so well at any other store or business than I am when I use this PNC. The last time I went, a lady opened the door for me and gave me a very warm greeting. The staff surpassed small-talk when they asked me about my plans for the day, my job, and my classes at one of the local colleges. I was offered complimentary bottled water, coffee, and cookies. I cannot comment on the quality of these products since I declined, but I saw a Keurig behind the counter with several flavors of K-Cups and even more creamers. Everyone wore a smile that made me believe they were truly happy to be working there. One of the things that impressed me most was how I held the attention of everyone working. When I use other banks, most employees ignore me unless I am standing at their window and doing business with them directly. At this PNC, everyone made it a point to say something to me at least once. (One employee came out of her office just to say "hi.") Whenever possible, I will do my banking through this specific PNC location based purely on their excellent customer service.

Jonathan Ross4Love my bank! Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, they really need Saturday hours. People work during the week and I like buying things on weekends, and sometimes need more cash then the ATM will allow me to have.. its frustrating having to wait until Monday to get my own money.

Heather Strang2I've used PNC for years... when I lived up north. Nothing about PNC here is convenient. The ATM at this certain location miscalculated money put in there, the problem was fixed after "careful investigation". Theres a camera right at the ATM. The app is always down, not showing transactions, or anything at times. Tried to stick with this bank but I'm yet to see a single reward for having this bank for 15 years. Time to move on.

Josephine Thornton2I called ahead to ask if they had a drive thru ATM as I am disabled, all of which I said on the phone. The lady assured me that they did. Perhaps she didn't know that the ATM is down, but it was intensely frustrating to drive out after hanging up to see it didn't even work. Yes, I could do my business at the drive up window but my social anxiety is high today and I simply wanted the ATM to not further engage with anyone. It was literally why I called to ask the question. Driving my disabled self to VB Blvd and Plaza Trail instead. Again, perhaps she didn't know, but when someone calls to say they are disabled and needs the ATM, it would be helpful if the staff is aware it is down and shares that information.

tammy coffey4Great customer service every time I go even during the pandemic. Saturday hours would be nice but I would only use it once a year if that since almost everything can be done online.
