laquanna kirton5I started to go to another location where I felt handled. My mom came across 1stop auto where I felt they heard me. Robert reaches out to me with options and before I even walked thru there doors all of the tedious things were already done (I filled out an app online). All I had to do was find what I wanted I narrowed it down to two vehicles and then picked the one that best worked for me. They treated me like family. The owner Steve is so sweet and my son absolutely adores him. Robert took me under his wing and made the process as easy as possible. I’m now the proud owner of a 2014 Buick Verano. I will be back for all of my cars and make sure I send my family and friends.

Chris Fite5We had the pleasure of working with Floyd Shirey on July 3rd, 2017. My wife and I (along with two young, hyper kids) walked in about 30 minutes before closing after seeing the car we wanted online. Floyd was more than accommodating and set me up with a test drive as quickly as I could have wanted. He was not "pushy" as many salesman tend to be and we felt very comfortable the entire time. He interacted well with our kids when they needed attention (of course) and was very professional throughout the entire experience. We ended up leaving with the car we came for and never felt rushed, even though his work day was "over". Absolutely go visit Floyd or anyone else on the "1 Stop Auto" team and you will be thankful you did!!

VSDmedia1I would not buy from this company ever again. Typical, greasy car sales. I was hoping for a better experience, but no. Within 24 hours, I had a flat tire. Within a week, I had to replace a part that cost me over $400 and another tire. They reimbursed me $160 of the new part on the car that I JUST BOUGHT! All levels in my car were low, no oil, etc. They polished up my car and after a few car washes I now can see the scratch damage that they hid on my hood. It took me several months to get all the notifications cleared off my vehicle. As far as any warranty coverage, forget it...they don't uphold it. NEVER, EVER AGAIN! I don''t even want to give this company 1 star...but this won't let me post unless I rate it. Horrible.

Jon Cobb5Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. I came as backup for my wife. It was completely unnecessary. Pressure free, great service. We noticed the AC didn't work well on the test drive so Robert and Steve sent it to the on site shop to get the freon recharged. They even added the AC to the 1 year warranty. Robert, our salesman, even texted my wife when we got home to check on her, after she mentioned that she was nervous driving a manual transmission for the first time in 6 years. We went all over town to find a car and I'm glad we found 1 stop auto.

Oren5Over all a great experience. Also straight up and honest unlike a lot of used car dealers you find. The cars have a warranty as well. I at first did not qualify for the car I wanted, but with excellent advice, I picked it up last week. Also I requested a service be done before I purchased and they are holding their end of the bargain. Tags and everything are done for you too, even notifiying the lean holder

Benjamin Rubinstein5Wonderful experience car shopping with Eric. I found a car online and they had it ready for me when I arrived. Everything was in stated condition. I did not end up buying the car as I chose a different model year but would not have hesitated to work with Eric or the owner who had a very personal touch.

nicholas boydos1do not buy a car from this dealership I bought a twin turboed Audi the day I bought this car I have had nothing but problems. my RIM exploded the very next day, it took them a month and a half to replace it, through pushing me under the rug, ignoring me, and then forgetting that I even had a problem. problems from the point where I took my car up to the dealership the day after my rim exploded windows wont roll up in the front once they are down my coolant overflow is leaking, which is causing the car to over heat and there is damage done to the break system. all of which they are told me were not problems at all, that they were not existant. I contacted the general attorney office, and they had me sign a peice of paper which says they arent responsible for the the shape of the vehicle when I bought it, or how ever they want to articulate their con work. I'm basically stuck with a 360$ paper weight, because they wont give me my money back and then to use a scape goat they blamed all these problems, on the fact that I didnt change my oil on time, but they are offering 10$ pil changes, For a car that requires synthetic oil.. needless to say, its blatantly apparent, they are the root of my problems, they offered for me to come into the shop to fix it, I dont want to go near their shop with my vehicle because of the state that I bought it in. I'm not requesting any more assistance from such a seedy company, and I'd recommend NO ONE buy a car from these awful people. unless you are capable of doing your own maintenance.
Response from the ownerNick, you bought a 2000 Audi in very good mechanical condition with only 50k miles on it!!! You have abused the car! When we did see the car here a few weeks later, you had already damaged the car, then backed into a car on our parking lot damaging both cars! You called about a week after you got the car to tell us about the rim. You said you had gone a few hours away and on the way home the rim failed. I gave you the benefit of the doubt regarding the rims that is was the rim that failed and not you "racing" the car as you said you had done. So 1 Stop Auto paid $1000 for brand new set of rims and tires put on your car for you. Very few dealers would do that...You purchased the car on 2-26-19 with 50690 miles on it. The next time we saw the car ONLY 30 days later is had 53888 miles on it. That's over 3000 miles in 30 days...we have not seen the car since...not sure how/if we can help if you do not bring us the car. We service everything we sell! Tell the whole story!!! Stephen Ryder5Couldn't have had a better car buying experience. Did credit app online at about 4:00 pm and by 430 had a phone call from robert. Gave him all the info he requested, being that I live 2 1/2 hrs away told him I wouldnt be able to get back to his dealership until later in the week. Robert stayed in contact all week wanting to know if I was still interested, and I was. Wasn't able to take off work and told him I wouldnt be able to get there until the weekend, he said I was already approved and he would have all paperwork ready when I arrived. Saturday comes around and I was planning on being there around the time they opened but I got held up at bank and didnt arrive until.aboit 130, take car for test drive, return to dealership said I wanted it and before I even gave them the down payment they had my tags on it. Took about ten mins to do paperwork and I was out the door. Would have been quicker had I got there when I planned to. The only negative thing I have to say is the vehicle was on empty, and I notified manager, he put gas in it but only a quarter of a tank would have liked a full tank being I put 3500 down. But still a wonderful experience.
