  This is a big bank. But, they are the most local and down home people. They care more about their customers than any bank I’ve worked with in my long life. I used to love Penn Liberty. They were bought from a huge Delaware bank. So, that service went down hill. The branch manager at PNC Pottstown High Street is at the bank usually and eager to help. They are just so lovely and do such an excellent job. Would highly recommend. Not all branches of PNC are like this one!! It’s special.

  Filed a fraud complaint online for a transaction. The merchant said the product would be shipped within eight weeks due to covid and supplies. Fast forward to January. It didn't arrive and no updates. PNC (Patricia at the call center) said you have to file a dispute within thirty days no matter what (I have it on record from her). How can you dispute something within thirty days when deliveries are in general behind? What a joke of a bank anymore.

  Unbelievable unadulterated pure RACISM at its best at PNC bank. The manager had the audacity to tell my wife (African American) she had to call before coming in to cash a check. Said it’s policy. Really? My Caucasian self has never done that in ANY PNC branch or any bank for that matter. #pnc #rascists #trumperarascists #exposingthetruth stop doing business with companies who don’t support support diversity.

  Been going to this location for over 10 years and haven't had any issues. I recently opened student account and they were very helpful throughout the process.

  Terrible bank. I wish I could give zero stars. Took a check there to cash and they said they would have to order the money and I would have to come back another day plus they wanted to charge me to cash it instead of depositing it. I will never bank with them again and they will never see another penny from me. I refuse to even use there ATM’s anymore!!!!
