  Great service from Lester Neri in getting an auto loan. He was very understanding of my lack of knowledge of the process and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. Helpede greatly. Will use Citadel and Lester for everything moving forward. Great rates and great experience!

  The tellers here are wonderful. Always ready and willing to help. They all make a noted effort to recognize and greet you by name, and always with a genuine smile. They are truly interested in their customer's lives, but never intrusively. I do believe that in bank services are available at this point, but if not, they are available to fulfill your banking needs carside.

  I paid off my car loan early with a small over-payment. Citadel did not return the over-payment instead they claimed it as a "Service Fee". They essentially STOLE my over-payment! The amount was small, but if they need to steal money from customers, I wonder if the will remain solvent in the future.

  I don’t typically leave reviews but I have been banking with Citadel for years and today I had a particularly good experience. I am moving out of state and called to see how I should go about transferring my funds. Long story short, a very helpful Robyn answered all my questions and more. Not to mention she was super sweet and gave me her ext # if I have any questions. I appreciate the years of great customer service so I figured I would reciprocate in a review. Thanks Robyn!

  On 7/11/2020 a male white Citadel employee discriminated against a customer of different race and refused to handle a simple withdraw transaction at the customers request. The employee was rude, confrontational and abrasive. He flat out refused to help the customer after the customer was unable to complete the transaction via the outdoor ATM. That branches ATM has torn checks when depositing and more often than not freezes up and cancels the entire transaction in the middle of dispensing cash. Good luck getting anyone helpful over the phone, in fact don’t bother wasting your time!

  One of the best banks I have ever dealt with!! I have multiple accounts and have had a few car loans through them. They always make time to answer my questions and I never leave disappointed. I will never use another bank again!!!!

  No tellers. Just machines that are glitchy so needed to go inside and sit at a desk just to pay my car loan. Should be a quick drive through visit not a whole ordeal that was just as bad as getting the loan

  I have been banking with Citadel for almost 20 years. I have had several car loans, mortgage, home equity line of credit, etc. They are friendly and don't take the fees many other banks do. In this world everyone needs credit; if you pay your loans on time and deposit your money here it is better than any "bank" out there.
