This branch is absolutely pathetic young male at the counter acted like he didn't care about his job or wanted it to help anybody I've been a Pnc member for 28 years I will never come back to this branch and I am definitely thinking about transferring my funds elsewhere

This location has some of the best customer service i've ever experienced! i tried opening up an account at the one over on west chester pike and they were very rude and acted as if they did not care about me, but this place was very nice and helpful and got me exactly what i needed! will only come here for any and all of my banking needs and refer others here in the future.
