Danielle Amari5CCU is my third credit union in my life and they have been really great. Their customer service is always kind and helpful and they make banking so easy for us. I highly recommend them for personal or business banking.

Amanda Thomas1It is almost impossible to actually reach someone on the phone. I jumped through all of the hoops through the automated assistant (who couldn't help me) only to be told it would be 15-20 minutes before I could speak to someone. Literally, I could drive there and walk in faster. All I want to do is change the due date for my auto loan payment. It really shouldn't be this hard. Complete waste of my time.

catherine ross1I went to a Citadel branch to make a change of address . I have my car loan through this credit union. I worked with Senior Financial Service representative LeiAja “Lei” Scott at the Glen Mills office. Lei should not be in a client facing position. Not personable or accommodating. Though she kept telling me if I had a Citadel account I could make the address change online. There are reps to help me through the process of opening an account. Why couldn’t she have assisted me with this? I only had my drivers license with my old address. Lei said without anything showing my new address she could not help me. I told her that maybe the Citadel phone rep should have told me I would need some sort of correspondence showing my present address when when you going to a Citadel local branch. Lei had no response. I’m Not sure why Lei could not see the change of address on my car loan account as I made the change over the phone with a Citadel phone rep. over a week ago. If I didn’t have my car loan through this credit union you can bet I would not be a customer!

Tina Gess5I just relocated to the area and needed to open a savings account near my new home. I like credit unions better than banks from past experiences. I was welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked in. The building is newer and clean and bright and convenient for me. I was surprised by all the staff working on a Sat. morning and the place was busy. I did not wait at all and was taken care of by Nicole. I couldn't of asked for a nicer person. She was personable and professional. She has an awesome personality and explained everything to me. She was friendly and thorough. What a pleasant experience for me mostly because of Nicole! She is a definite asset to Citadel Credit Union. I am happy to be a customer and certainly made the right decision! I highly recommend!

Micdoel Ortiz3Citadel has caused me nothing but problems. From almost not accepting a form of check once to charging me a lot of fees for something that was their own fault. I call the bank and they tell me they can't do anything about it at the moment and hang up right after. Time to shut down my account and look for a better bank because this one is obviously a mess. Not to mention the horrible customer support. Edit: I talked to the manager and she was very helpful and informative.

J.R. Harrison5Best group of people I've ever dealt with. Because of my job as a truck driver I use com data checks which are a pain in the butt. It was a new experience for them and myself. They were extremely patient with me in figuring it out. Now when I go in usually on Saturdays we all talk, laugh, and enjoy. I've NEVER had a bad experience with them and actually look forward to checking in with them every week. If anyone from this branch see this I want you to know you guys are awesome.

Alex Buzby5Always been nice, easy and very helpful. Employees are there to help which is wonderful. I specifically remember Bridge every time I go in this branch, he’s got a lot of energy and remembers everyone! Makes you feel comfortable!

Alison Price1I've had an account for 2 or 3 years now. In the past few months I started noticing fraudulent charges. Nothing major, stupid $10 here $25 there transactions that I didn't initially notice but added up. Not once when I called did anyone take action. All they told me was to contact the companies taking the funds out. Then, bc of those transactions, my account would become overdrawn and they would charge me fees. That ended up being anther battle. I'm finally fed up with the lack of customer service. They seem happy to only collect fees and I wonder if this is on purpose. I have opened an account elsewhere and will be shutting down my Citadel accounts as soon as I can get into a branch.

Mike Ferrer5Always top notch service for me after citizens bank started charging alot of fees! Not exactly happy about getting rid of alot of tellers and installing alot of the self service machine. But I guess it is what it is.
