  My husband and I didn't have a very good experience at the very beginning of our house search and started looking elsewhere. Then I came across CM Mortgage and we're so happy to have been able to work with J.R. He really helped us through each step, explained everything in a way we can understand, and answered any and all questions. He was always prompt, reliable, and professional.   My husband and I are first time home buyers who were very nervous because of how little we knew about the home buying process. We were afraid of being taken advantage of and making mistakes due to our lack of knowledge. CM mortgage was the 4th company that we reached out to and we are so happy that we did! J.R.   My wife and I purchased our first home 17 years ago. Family referred us to use CM Mortgage and we met J.R. We were very impressed with not only his knowledge but how friendly and easy he was to work with. Fast forward to 2021 and we decided to refinance. There was no question who we were going to call, and once again J.R. was there for us. He guided us through every step, kept us updated (even on weekends) and made the process painless.   After shopping mortgages at several places, banks, brokers, etc... a “home flipper” friend recommended CM Mortgage and connected me with J.R. Mid Covid we could not have been luckier to find CM. In the most competitive market imaginable JR and his staff simply gave us an advantage. I remember JR taking an hour on a Sunday, during his daughter’s birthday to quickly prepare an offer letter to submit within hours. His experience and knowledge extended beyond mortgage and into personal finance. He was able to effectively guide us for 6 months and successfully overcame several challenges we created without issue. He was truly invaluable and made our first home buying experience a pleasure. I will not purchase another property without contacting J.R. Period.

  JR Conway, an independent mortgage broker with CM Mortgage Services, Inc. recently assisted me in a home refi after the sudden passing of my husband. He was professional, efficient and ALWAYS available to answer any and all questions I had at all times of the day, night, and even weekends!
