      the worst credit union ever, you call in and unless it's a new loan they send you straight to voice mail. I called from 4;30 pm until close and no answer after I asked for a payoff for my car. Just stay away from this location, garbage!!! 4444 Pulaski is the worst branch ever so ignorant!!!!

      Do you want to be charged fees that match or exceed the big, national banks? Would you like to leave a voicemail during business hours when you need to reset your online banking password online, and never receive a call back? You want to get a couple pennies more per month on your savings account vs the big banks? Are you cool with an online banking site that is stuck in the year 2000? Then UCU is the credit union for you! Needless to say, I'm closing my accounts as soon as I can.

      I have had a saving account with UCU for over 10 years. Today I call to ask questions about withdrawing. The person I spoke to was very rude and disrespectful. They need some customer service trainings.

      It is no reason you guys should charge $25 for a card replacement, then had the odassity to day it will be $35 the next time. Nobody said any such nonsense before or during opening an account. You will be loosing my business.

      I went to make a deposit today through the drive up teller. Upon receiving the deposit receipt, I noticed my check was deposited into someone else’s account and had the woman’s name and address. I was asked to send back the deposit receipt. Furthermore, it was deposited into the wrong account. I have two savings accounts at this branch. As a victim of identity theft, I’d be upset if my information was incorrectly given to someone else in addition to my money being deposited into someone else’s account.

      One of the bank employees (teller) refused to give Service to a young black couple. In her words"it's to much going on with fake money ". I over heard and asked so where should they go if this is there bank. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager. I asked to speak to her manager. The young black couple received service but from a different teller. Can't wait for my location to reopen. Awful service at this location

      It is very difficult to get answers. There's only one person there who has been truly helpful. The online banking is awful. If a password is to be changed every six months, why am I having problems after four months. I thought the young lady who helped me with it was very condescending and every question that I have been asked has nothing to do with me. First letter in her name is A.....

      One person that worked there was great in resolving requests:she would just process my paymrnt as soon as I asked her to take my payment for my auto loan.It seems like she doesnt work there anymore and the other workers are not capable of processing a payment request .They dont respond back.I called them several times to ask to pay my account over the phone.They kept transferring me to a voicemail of Carmella Belami.Left voicemails and wasnt contacted back until a few days later,and she did not address my issue.Left payment card info to the person answering the call,to find out in a few days there was no record of such.When I called in a few days to check on my payment status,there was no record of my payment request.Because they didnt take my payment over the phone by their neglijence,I got hit with 2 "30 days late,on my credit report.Eventually,Ik made my payment online,which took about 5 days to process(thats why I would ask to pay over the phone,for faster processing).Also paymrnts are NOT credited the day someone would make the paymernt;instead,it would be credited within seversl days.Therefore,if you make a payment on your due date,it willapply on the account several days after(so NOT on time)Wrote them several emails asking them to remove the remarks,since it was their fault for not taking my payments,by negligence.Wrote them(to be written rercors),to listen to phone conversations with me as proof of me asking them several times to take my payment over the phone,before the deadline,which they did not do.Their neglijence costed me two "30 days late payments"in a row,lowering my credit score drastically.Also,I applied for an auto loan,and no response regarding the status of the application by any means:no phone caslls,no email,no mail.Worst service !!!My credit is ruined ,went down about 30 point because of them!!Also,there is no way to contact the management,for complaints ;no email,no phone...

      I came when they were about to close ! However , I guess 1:00 means 12:55! Very sad to see people are so quick to leave their job on time, however, if it were them they would have more compassion! Going back to 55th where 12:30 means 12:30. Upset and disappointed!
