  Far superior to Truist. We have an account there for work and soooo wish I'd moved our other accounts to PNC after SunTrust threw its customers to disgusting Truist. Will though move all accounts as we're departing Deland next month.

  I cannot go on enough about how amazing this bank is and their staff. During a recent emergency they did everything they could to rush a loan through as fast as possible. They monitored things every half hour and kept the phone calls to cooperate flowing even through their busy day!!!! They also squeezed me in between appointments to handle everything as the knew it was a life or death emergency, and did everything they could to keep me smiling!They are always friendly and know all the names of the locals who use this branch. I used a other bank for 3 years and was a third generation to open an account there, and they never once knew who I was like pnc did. If its raining they will take you out to your car with an umbrella. Just over all the best hospitality I have ever seen in a business, and have extended that same hospitality to everyone I have told to go here. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!

  I went tree times to try to open account.The deny me because my adrees of my license don't mash with my bills.The request be 2 ID whish a don't have.I call office of the licensed to if i can't take order ID and the i cannot because the cancel my license if a take order ID.What is amazing the my sister open account with one ID and with no credit. With no problem.Thank for nothing crist. America bank will have as client.

  Keyonte was Kind, gracious & professional & most helpful..i felt like i was with friends. PNC is the Best bank beating Citizens Bank & their unwarranted superiority complex treating the elite differently than high dollar clients. Citizens Bank are full of snotty condescending employees. PNC staff was a most welcome breath of fresh air & im thankful to be out if citizens bank! Citizens bank are a bunch of stuck up A-holes the lot of them

  Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Progressive gave me a check to repair my truck drawn from pnc bank. This bank tryed to charge me $60 to cash 1 of the checks and $30 on the other. That's insane!
