Kelly McMahan1On a recent trip to the bank, their notary invalidated a legal document by crossing out essential items. I called the next day to discuss the issue, but they didn't answer the phone. I was on hold for over an hour and finally hung up b/c I had other things to do. I understand being busy but get an answering service! This place has no regard for their customers. Go somewhere else.

LaCole Foots1It’s not just that they don’t care about you as a customer, they neither care nor are particularly good at their jobs. They’re very quick to say they don’t know how to do something and leave it at that. I’ve had to call the corporate office while in the bank and had them problem solve together. The ignorance seems intentional and the indifference is maddening.

Weijie Guo1Limited parking space, ordinary service, very slow service speed (It takes me around 1h to wait inline with no one prior me, only 3 table services and 2 of 3 are working, the other one has a idk guy playing toy blocks). Very few.ATMs around Austin, and very bad online banking and online services.

Greg Militello1Worst banking experience I have had. I tried to close my account, and they were unable to do it. They are taking me I have to come back to close my account. Not sure if the banker is inept or their system is garbage. Either way solidifies my instinct to close my account.

I look forward to seeing Mary Jane, Miguel and very special others each week( their names I cannot recall) but they deserve every bit of being mentioned. Ashwin Lucas1Went there for a notary. Not only did they not have a notary in house. They wouldn’t follow up with any other branches to see if they’d had a notary readily available. Poor customer service on multiple fronts.

Rose Villarruel1I arrived at 12:20pm . I had to approach a branch lady named Mary Jane, first thing she did was look at the clock.She told me to have a seat and she will be with me as soon as she was done assisting a couple. The couple leaves at 12:40pm. I would expect that Mary Jane would come assist me, rather she went behind the tellers desk. I assumed she was helping shorten the line faster since they were closing at 1:00pm. I didn’t mind so I wanted, 1:10pm came around and I still was waiting. I had to approach her at the desk and ask if she was still going to asssit me with my account. Her respond was that the other branch guy does them. I’m sure she could’ve helped me but did not want to because the bank closed at 1:00pm. Poor customer service! Only person that was great was the security guard. I would not recommend you coming here!!

Sheena Mythoughts1My account was charged three times and needed to unlock my online banking went up to the bank talk to the first person she was clueless. So went to migule he was no help at all either instead of unlocking my account so i can explain better he tells me that can wait his looking at my account his going print it out and show me. Went to another bank branch they helpped me out with no problem. If yall didnt want to came to work you shouldnt have you was no help and clueless. Its my account should of let me show you instead begging lazy to even care .
