  The home buying process has become overly complicated and there just isn't any way you can buy or sell a home without something unexpected coming up. I don't review people/organizations based on what comes up but more on how they handle those bumps in the road. My wife and I both have credit scores in the high 700's and low 800's. The local mortgage company recommended by our realtor was friendly enough, but when it came to the loan they were only willing to give us the best rate if we provided a fee schedule from competitors to match. What's the point of a good credit score if you don't put your best foot forward and offer the best rate up front? After less than 30 minutes talking with Todd he provided us a significantly better rate and never even asked what the competitor was offering. Todd called us several times a week to follow-up on our construction and loan progress (three month build). Todd was available day/night weekend and holiday to answer any questions that popped up along the way. When the under writer decided they wanted an appraisal ordered far too early in the build (one of those little things that sometimes pops up) Todd quickly applied a credit to offset the cost of having to re-appraise at the 90% completion mark. Todd always had an up-beat positive attitude and made the process as smooth as possible from his end. If you are looking for a mortgage lender I would highly recommend giving Todd a call. I trust that he saved us around $70,000 on our loan. Trust is huge with me and I have faith that I can send family and friends Todd's way for further lending needs.
