  I opened my own checking account there recently. My husband and I also have a joint checking account at PNC, as well. I highly recommend PNC Bank at 6230 Orchard Lake Road in WB! I was greeted right away with a friendly welcome, and everything about the service was excellent! Thank you all, and in particular, Ian and Afton, and the kind lady who made my debit card right away. I look forward to my follow-up appointment with Ian when he will teach me about PNC online banking. I appreciate your help and time very much! Thanks, and take care!   I'm not sure what happened to this branch. They used to give excellent service but now much of that is gone. First they closed the drive through window, then they took away their tellers, then they brought back the tellers but the manager has an attitude. He was quite rude to us. I think the other employees are trying hard and attempting to deal with the changes handed down to them the best they can. With no drive-through the long walk up into the bank is difficult for the elderly and handicapped.

  We're the owners of Jenna in White bridal salon. We recieved a great service today from Josie (Josephine Kuhlman), who very patiently walked us through the process of setting up a bank account for the entity that owns the building from which Jenna in White operates. Thank you so much Josie, she was extremely nice, very patient, extremely friendly, and took all the time required to set this account up. She was also very knowledgeable about how businesses operates and knew all the details and ins and outs of this process.   Tellers are very friendly and want to help. I took quite a bit of time with my transaction. I went on an off day at a random time so it wasnt busy. Fridays can get busy. They are open from 9-5 or 5:30.

  Terrible branch. The employees are not helpful, rude, and basically just wretched. I won't go there for again for anything. My husband and I went in for a simple notary service and because he was listed on all the accounts but not me, they wouldn't even notarize our paperwork. Complete incompetence.

  Very slow service been in line for 20 min and there was another car ahead of me. Only drove through This is by far the worst pnc bank.

  THIS IS THE MOST DEMEANING BANK EVER MY BROTHER AND I OWN OUR OWN HOME REPAIR AND CLEANING COMPANY WE RECIVED A DEPOSIT CHECK FOR A JOB WENT TO THIS BRANCH TO CASH THE CHECK I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND WE WERE TALKED DOWN TO AND ASKED WHAT WE DO AND WHY WE WERE THERE INSTEAD OF BY OUR HOME AND WAS TOTALLY EMARASSED AND DEGRADED I WILL NE CONTACTING CORPERATE ABOUT THIS SOME WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS CHEER THERE FOR SCROOGE MAYBE!!!!!!!!
