I have been to this PNC Bank location several times before and I have never run into any issues. I always get the help I need from the same young lady (Rachel Cruz) that always assist me with any transactions or any issues I may have on my end. Rachel shows an amazing customer service along with outstanding work, not only with me but also with other customers before me. I have notice customers , even myself get confused with Rachel's position because she goes far beyond her expectations when working at PNC Bank. I can only imagine if she was the Manager.

I love this branch. The staff are great. They are understanding people. I would never change my bank unless this branch close. Close this branch and PNC Bank will loose alot of customers.

Place is cool has a coin star card buying machine, it's good for when you get a gift card to a place that you'll never use such as one you get for Christmas that suck an ya dont know what to do with them 😂 lol the machine will buy it off ya if you have a valid drivers license!
