Ms MeiMei1Incredibly the worst banking experience ever. Was a BBVA customer, they switched to PNC. Now EVERYTHING you do through PNC has a fee! They hold your funds, where before BBVA you could access your money. And their Customer Service quite possibly may be the WORST! Been hung up & disconnected 4 times out of 6 calls. Sat on hold on average 1 hour each time. Then had rep tell me just read your booklet it's in there. Yet very unhelpful, they couldn't just answer my question. My advice, don't bank here. Will be closing my accounts VERY SOON!
