  Purchased 3 guns from Big D’s today, 10/01/19 and to my surprise, what a pleasant transaction. They have varieties of hand guns and other stuffs; unfortunately, they had only 3 of the 4 guns I was looking for but it wasn’t all lost. Very knowledgeable staffs and customer oriented folks. The place was relaxed I was fortunate enough to be the only customer at the time otherwise, it would have been crowded with all the glass racks they have around. I highly recommend this place and I, myself, will surely comeback again!

  Not sure why this place doesnt have all 5 star reviews. From the moment my family of 4 generations walked in, we were treated with excellent service. The girl behind the counter let my mom and I hold several handguns (we both purchased CCW type S&W Shields) and patiently explained details we had no knowledge of. We are both first time gun owners. Several family members bought ammo and other items. The owner Mr D was initially serious (as firearms are serious business), but ended up being a very kind and gracious man as we taked about his grandkids. Will go back for more ammo!!

  I've never left a review for a business in my life; these people are so great, I felt it would be negligent of me not to. Very personable family. The atmosphere is welcoming and they're all extremely knowledgeable. I'm already looking forward to going back! Make sure you stop in to check out their gun collection. Highly recommended!

  Scam artist for sure. I pawned something off do to low funds because of unfortunate circumstances. 2 weeks later I go to pay to get my property back. they told me they don't accept debit cards unless I pay a $50 fee. I just moved here my bank is out of town closest one is Vegas I told him I do not have the $ 1750 cash but you can use my debit card. Nowhere on the paperwork did it say I had to pay cash. This guy out of the blue just made up a random number for a transaction fee of $50. I started questioning that and he told me to get the cash or get out of his store. With the interest rate they charge me and a $50 fee I could just go by what I Pawnd brand new and it would be cheaper so I just left and now I'm leaving this review. What's funny is I mabe out a few dollars but it's worth it not to give him the 1750 cash. Just be well aware keep your guard up with these scam artist.

  Went in there looking for a decent sidearm of EDC, I saw a nice one sitting on the counter and when my wife asked if I saw something I liked I said “I like the one on the counter and he said “that’s a $3,000 gun” and proceeded to suggest cheaper pistols. Never judge a book buy it’s cover. If I could buy my wife a new Harley and myself a new Expedition CASH OUT, I think a $3,000 firearm wouldn’t be an issue. I will order through my regular FLL but Thanks Big D’s for having it out for me to have noticed

  Nothing more than a bunch of unethical and unprofessional pawn shop-keeps who blatantly lie to take advantage of online shoppers. Advertising firearms as new that arrived used/damaged. Don't buy from these people!

  Home to Budget rentals. I highly recommend this place. Big D is a character! Update; No longer a Budget Dealer however they have great deals on Guns and Ammo.

  The absolute worst people to deal with. Maybe a $35 deposit was lost, but lesson learned from dealing with rude, inefficient and unethical individuals. BBB and BHC Chamber notifications made.

  SCAM ARTIST- went to buy a compact smith & Wesson 9mm,the sales guy said I could trade my larger 9mm in and pay the rest in cash, I filled out the background ATF Form 4473, the sales guy handed the ATF Form 4473 to a sales lady-who suppose to call the ATF for a sales gun approval after 6 mins the sales women said the computers are back up,I will have to come back in 2 weeks(Big D's said I owe $35.00 for the back ground check because I did not buy the hand gun, I said hello You wont sell me a gun until the ATF Form 4473 is approved,Big D's would not give me my smith & Wesson 9mm back until I give them $35.00.I payed the $35.00 so I could get my gun back, I Left 8 mins later went to Mr pawn bought me a gun with no problem..
