  The branch manager should be FIRED. Her name is Shelly Spencer and she is rude, disrespectful and very obnoxious. I went in to the branch to correct a mistake my lawyers made and she mad it nearly impossible to be cordial and nice. Why she had an attitude is beyond me but I felt I should worn others of how she goes about business.

  I've been using this bank for years. The staff was always friendly and never gave me issues. Ive never had an issue with their fees and their account requirements are lower than other well known companies. The only downfall I have is they don't have more locations in more states. Otherwise it's been a pleasure working with this bank.

  I have banked at many different banks, but this one takes the cake. 5 1/2 years and I don't have one nice thing to say! Your pending transactions come in far from the order they went out! Seems to be in their favor every time. They changed my account number with out letting me know and closed my account. I have not been able to get my info for 4 days. Closed for the weekend and don't know if my SS check will be deposited or not?? Charging international charge s for taking out of a local Bank of America atm. How can they be International? Foreign atm charge when the only atm they have is inside of Walmart and you can't deposit money! They would not take my mom's check to me because it was in felt pen. I could go on but I think everyone gets the idea. Worst bank ever!!

  This is where I bank. I always thought when you open an account at a bank it is a symbol of trust. Me saying to the bank " I trust you to hold my money." And the bank saying to me "I trust you to bring me safe nonfraudulent checks to deposit in your account" which is why I don't mind giving them all my information address social security number ect. So why is it everytime I go to deposit a check in my account the cashier tells me they have to hold it for seven days.

  This is the very best bank I am glad to be associated with, all of the awesome ladies who work there will make sure that you are satisfied with any questions or concerns that you may have about your banking accounts, loans you may have or are making payments towards. They will go above and beyond, to try and help you out. I am very happy with this bank, because they give you a personable, small town banking experience. I absolutely love it when you are remembered as a regular customer, and are able to actually enjoy a conversation with the as they are handling your needs. Great work skills, people personable skills, and professional warm attitudes!!!!

  Inconsistent loan rates. Approved with poor credit for 1250. Denied with great credit for 1000. Ps. They have no idea how to help teach credit healthiness. They actually proudly claim they have no reason or obligation to help there consuners.

  The fee policy for overdrafts is much better here than I have seen at any other Bank. Every employee there is is either a teller or is able to do the teller work if everyone is busy and there is a line. There is none of the stuff like a Chase Bank where you see 20 personal bankers and one teller.

  I had a bad vacation in Arizona and the staff at 1st Convenience bank saved the day! I was nearly stuck here, having lost my wallet, unable to purchase my ticket, and having an uncommon form of check. Mirna worked the angles to make sure I could get home! Banking- I don’t know yet. But the care and efficacy of their staff exceeds that of any one’s standards BY FAR. Hopefully you consider my satisfaction of higher regard considering I came in looking like I shouldn’t have a bank account LOL. Not from Arizona, but I will be banking with them. GO TO THE ONE ON THOMAS AND 40th! Whole staff is A-1‼️

  This is the worst location ever. They lied to me yesterday about who was holding my checks. It is this personal branch, that is holding my checks for no reason. I have used this bank for 5 years, over 2 with the same company. The bank has out put my check information in wrong and never seems to care about the extra stuff they put on their "customers". Either way this week I came in to cash my check, and was told i couldn't. However a co-worker with the same check was cashed earlier that day. The manager stated, "they got in trouble for cashing it, the back house is who is holding your checks." Well I called yhe back of house and jow they are launching an investigation, because they just lost about 10 clients to the bank over this dopefein move. Anyway save yourself a headache and just go to wells Fargo. The people running this location are all new anyway, I wouldn't trust half of them with my info anyways. I really must say, first convenience is exactly what everyone hates about banks.

  This one for the books.. We been customers for years. Went to the bank my wife lost her card.. The person we got to help very busy chewing the fat with friends and associates and her gum in her mouth.then help or know her job.after 20 min I said to my wife sarcastic well honey I told you we need to put thought into another bank.walked to the car while she finished with my wife. Well 10 min later my wife got to the card and told me she asked if she should give her our money now.seriously in a sarcastic snottry way.well perhaps we should begin looking into another bank been happy here but if this is the caliber and quality of new employees that will be hired and to deal with. We look into what decided next
