  Tonya the store manager & Shay the assistant manager & the whole staff at this location are amazing. Such a welcoming vibe every time, when it comes to getting a payday loan or an installment loan. They are always ready to assist you in anyway. Customer service is top notch!

  The treatment I've received everytime I've gone is incredible! What's even more incredible is the service. As long as I've gone Tonya has ALWAYS taken care of me! She does an amazing job but it seems like SHE is the only one ever there. Great Job Tonya I hope PLS appreciates you! I know i do!

  Tanya and her employees are amazing!!! No other PLS or any other loan company will ever have me as a customer as long as the staff in Lyons are as amazing as they have been. 5 stars ain't enough these ladies deserve 10 stars. Tanya goes above and beyond for her customers and I owe her a HUUUGE thank you for doing just that for me tonight. Thank you PLS for hiring the best staff ever!!!!!

  I went to PLS for extra money for emergency and this was the best experience ever very smooth and easy. Came in with my information left out with cash in my hands. The payments are affordable and easy to make Brittany Hall was professional super nice and informative she made me feel at home.

  I came in to the PLS Loan Store a little nervous because I had never taken out a personal loan nor a payday loan before and I did not know what to expect. The staff at PLS walked me through the fairly easy process, and provided a computer and printer to make it easy for me to access and print the documents I needed to verify my income and bank information. The entire process took about 45 minutes because I was a new customer and needed to be entered into their system, but it was smooth and painless. The woman who worked with me, Shay, was patient and informative. I got the emergency money I needed, and Shay found the most economical option for me. I was able to pay back the full loan on payday, which meant that I only had to pay about $2.50 per day interest. Would it add up over time? Yep! But, for a short term solution to an immediate problem it was well worth it.

  I had a very postive experience at PLS loans in Lyons, IL. Tonya Milner assisted me. She was very polite and professional. I arrived without my bank statement. However PLS loans provides a computer for you to access your accounts online which is very convenient. My service was quick and easy. My approval was quick and easy. I left satisfied and I would highly recommend them to others in need.
