  Brad from PLB lending is absolutely amazing, and a pleasure to work with. Made our first time home buying experience the easiest it could possibly be. Was always able to answer our questions at any time of day no matter if it was during the week or even the weekend, he was there!   I went to PLB lending for a mortgage finance quote after receiving an unfavorable quote from a different lender. In addition to Patty and her team being an absolute pleasure to work with, they saved me almost 1.5% on my interest rate from my previous quote. Learn from my mistake, don’t bother shopping elsewhere. Go to PLB the first time. I can’t speak highly enough of their knowledge, professionalism, and guidance.

  We did a new purchase and a refinance with PLB Lending in the past 6 years. Patty and her team were efficient with the process and requirements/docs needed. Being self employed and getting a mortgage can be a "huge" hassle. But, they handled it so well that I didn't have the dreaded doc "blizzard" needed to finish the loans/refinance. They did a great job for us!

  Patty and her assistant Mitch are such an amazing team. My fiance and I just bought our first home together so of course it was all new to us but Patty walked us through everything step by step and was always a phone call or text away and helped with us ANY questions we had.   First off everyone in the office is Fantastic. As a first time home buyer I didn’t know much going into getting a house. They were always available and took the time to explain everything to us so that we understood what everything meant.
