  Nobody answers phone calls here. Needed a Notary Public so I drove ten minutes there. Waited in line. Teller explains there is no Notary Public today, but UPS doesn't charge for Notary service. Trip there and back cost $5 and 30 minutes. UPS charges $10, too. Can I give zero stars?

  Only 1 teller with huge line every time I’ve been there. Branch Manager sits in her office talking on the phone with total disregard. Fairly happy with other offices but this one is poorly run. Think maybe I’ll take my (significant) accounts elsewhere!

  If I could rate negative I would. The woman who manages that branch has a HUGE attitude problem. She does not want to ever help anyone and then complains the entire time like something isn't her job. At the end of the interaction she makes sure you know that you are interfering with her day.

  Great service! Although I couldn't get an appointment on 12/22, they managed to squeeze me in on 12/23 so that my wire transfer could go out before Christmas. It was very important that the funds arrive on time for my house closing. Many thanks to both Deanna and branch manager Trish for the caring and thoughtful customer service. One happy old lady here, looking forward to my next home 😊

  Nancy, the bank teller, is always so rude to me when I go in person to make deposits. I’m tired of it. I offer her a smile & try to be friendly & she’s ALWAYS frigid to me. I went in & made a large deposit & she was rude. I’m done with BOA if they keep rude b:tches like that. I deserve a warm smile & to be treated like a person, not her acting like I’m some troll with the Black Plague. Kiss my business goodbye. And I’m talking about Nancy at the BOA on 24 mile near Shelby Road. Get some warmth in you.

  Best service in America always ready to help. Very patient staff always proffessional. All the women have a concern mother approach . very big difference from The Bank of America staff on 18 and Van Dyke, sorry about that.

  Literally the worst run bank branch I've ever experienced. Every visit includes 1 working teller and 3 other workers sitting with no customers at a desk or talking.
