  Great experience refinancing my mortgage with Capital Lending. My agent Chris Burkhardt was super helpful and attentive, making the whole process quick and painless. I got a great rate and I saved a lot of money on fees compared to other companies. I highly recommend them!

  Suzan is amazing!, I got additional reduction in my interest rate and benchmark closing costs. She is always there, she replies no matter the time or day and she is absolutely transparent and clear, she makes sure you understand the last detail of everything, simply the best :)

  Suzan was amazing throughout my whole process. This was my first time buying a home and had many questions and lots to learn.   Great experience! Chris B. and the entire team at Capital Lending were very professional and made the refinancing process very streamlined. We had some delays closing our existing HELOC and Chris B. was there every step of the way making sure everything was in place at our closing. We highly recommend the team at Capital Lending!
