  Jeffery and the rest of the team was absolutely AMAZING . They helped me get approved the day of and have a car to drive off the lot by the end of the day ! They were so helpful , welcoming and you can't beat the prices . I would 10/10 recommend going if you are new to car buying or even just want to find a reasonably priced vehicle with great quality .

  Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 from them. Got a blue-book value good deal and they got us financing better than what my bank would give us. However, they took almost 60 days to pay off my trade and almost put a 30-day late ding in my credit because of it. Not sure if they would have done it any quicker if I hadn't ridden their ass about it.

  The salesman Harold was extremely helpful and respectful. The purchase of our vehicle was by far the easiest we have ever experienced. Pricing was second to none. Highly recommend buying a vehicle from Harold and Plattner's used car superstore. Great selection of cars

  I went to onw of their dealerships in Labelle today, the place is an absolute rip off, I decided to give them the benefit and not just go by the reviews on here, mistake I shouldn't have wasted my time. I went to look at a vehicle listed for $12,472. Drove it, was haooy, we sat down. I let her know I already have financing through my credit union and my plate from my last car to transfer onto it. Most dealers take that cost off, since you don't have to play for a plate if you have 1 already. So she walks to to 'figures out the numbers' and comes back at me with a total over $16,500. Her explanation is they charge $1,000 for NOT using their financing and the dealer fees, registration, ect.  But on their website it says ' Tax, title, license, and dealer fee of $884.00 are not included in vehicle prices shown and must be paid by the purchaser.'  The response I get is, all it days is this, that's not all the fees, there's still the $1,000 for my private financing.  Ok so I'm not mathematician but $12,472 (list price) + $1,000 (fee) +884 = $ 14,356 NOT over 16.6k.  And then when I pointed out I had my own plate, I'm told no, they won't be taking that fee off. Let's also look at the fact that the same vehicle with the online list price of $12,472 has a window price if over $16k and when I asked about it, I'm told if you look online they give you that price, if you walk in, the window price is what your getting. This is the shadiest shit I've ever seen in my life. Save your time and your money and stay far, far, away from this place.  Plattner Automotive Group, which from my understanding had previously been a great family fun dealership,  it now more shady than a buy here, pay here, rip you off place.  Oh and let me not forget this vehicle is listed at 4 different dealerships, so trying to track it down and actually ensure it was there has a joke. I should have taken that as a sign. Stay away, go else where, literally, anywhere else will treat you better and not like their trying to screw you over and lie right to your face while doing so.
