Very poor service. We have been Chase customers for over 20 years. We had a car loan and had never missed a payment or been last for 5 years. However, they did not tell us the last payment would not be automatically deducted, thus it was late. We had to pay a $25 late payment but most importantly it might affect our credit. We pay our bills promptly. We should have been notified the last payment would not be deducted and we would have paid it on a timely basis. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CHASE.

Recieved a check fron a chase customer, couldn't cash because it was over $2500. Chase is the worst bank would never bank with them!! Manager Matthew and team member Dominic turned me away to open bank account because they close at 5, I was there a few mins before 5pm, doors were open and customers were still going in and out even at 5:20 but they couldn't help? They just didn't want to do anything, no compassion whatsoever! I could be understanding if they actually locked the doors but customers just kept going in and out as they just continued to turn me away from opening an account with them. Why were the doors open if they were closed? Poor customer service!!!

Matt helped me when I was having a hard time with my personal life. He didn't judge me he was just there for me and did what he could to help me financially. Matt, thank you for your help! Your kindness made a big impact in my life, so thank you so much!

This is a great Bank to visit if you don't mind spending all morning at the bank. Slow would be an improvement on the lack of speed by these employees. There are no words. I guess when you're one of the largest financial institutions in the United States it doesn't matter how fast you move. People will keep coming back .Sad.

I had my account hacked which Chase done the correct thing by locking my account when they noticed some unusual activity on it. I called the number that was on the e-mail where they had frozen my account. They told me all I had to do is take two forms of I.D. to my local Chase Bank at Lehigh Acres and they would straighten it out for me. I talked to the manager there after waiting for an hour ( four empty desks) she was friendly at first. Even after I tried to explain to her what the people that had frozen my account said to do, she didn't want to listen to me (So Rude). She said I would have to bring my wife in and I would have to apply for a different credit card. I didn't understand, but I took my wife in the next day. She walked right past us as if we weren't even there and took the other couple to her office, they must have had an appointment which I understand. But she could have gave us an appointment when she told me to bring my wife in. My wife and I looked at each other and got up and left the bank. I've banked with Chase ever since they bought my bank, Bank One out some twenty three years ago. I paid off our Chase credit cards (and cashed in our rewards), and put them in the safe! (Using Capitol One now) My online banking is still messed up. I hate to leave Chase after so many good years, I can't deal with her anymore. The teller's are all very sweet there! I just had to get this off my chest!

Attitude attitude attitude. Extremely poor service at this branch. Our window clerk Shavana was extremely rude to my wife and I. It’s extremely important in choosing who you bank with, we moved to Florida chase is right by our home so we wanted to test them out with a smaller account. It’s been roughly 6 months and we regret ever doing it. The young ladies at this branch never give even a decent experience. They always have a look of disdain on their faces like it’s an inconvenience to help you with your transaction. Very poor branch. Definitely needs new leadership there.

I have had nothing but pleasant expieriences at this branch. I’m the days of needing to do more with less, they do it right. It’s not unusual that the Branch Manager (Bryce Marsh) or one of his assistants will greet you at the door to say hello and the tellers are always on point and courteous behind the counter. Some of the reviews I see do not appropriately reflect the true quality of service you will receive at this bank. I have a business account and need service 2-3 days per week and it’s always professional and inviting. Give them a chance and you will not be disappointed!

Tried to open a business account (would have put over $10k in the account as soon as it opened with more wire transfers coming soon) these people never get back to you (ERIC) Went to the next location in Fort Myers, and they don’t even have anyone there that can open one. Going with another bank, zero work ethic here. (See other reviews stating similar experience)

The employees at this bank work very hard and are under an extreme amount of stress. There isn’t a day that goes by that a customer doesn’t cuss at the employees because they have to wait. Most of the services you’ve come into the bank for could have been done through Mobile, online or ATM. For all of you non-customers that commented on not being able to cash a check, why aren’t you cashing checks at your own bank. All banks charge a fee for non-customers. The employees don’t set the fee schedule and it’s out of their control. To the customers that complained about not being able to cash a check, yes all banks also ask that you have matching funds in your account. What makes you think you can cash a check for 4K when you have .42 in your account? Chase is a great bank and puts the customers first. This branch strives to provide great service, one person at a time. If you have other appointments, do them and yourself a favor and set an appointment to see a banker because there will be a wait. Explore your mobile app to see if there are any services you need that you can do from home and save yourself a trip.

I called to inform them that I haven’t received my automatic social security check, they blamed the social security administration. I called social security, they told me the bank returned the check. I am a private client with them for now, but not for long.
