  I Signed up multiple times for auto pay due to my busy schedule and forgetting things often. Initially they stated my account info was incorrect however I don't see how when it's the same account they deposited the loan money into. Anywho I ended up having additional charges etc and when questioning the issue the district manager Tiffany was getting frustrated showed lack of patience turned her computer around to show notes in my account as if that meant anything to me just really rude and stuck up. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. I understand it's not their fault about my forgetfulness but just a little more appreciation for their client as well as respect would have been appreciated.

  Service was very fast and friendly very easy to get the loan was in my bank the very next day again thanks to Crystal she exceeded my expectations friendly service fast friendly service

  I'm truly impressed. I've worked with several comparable companies and OneMain Financial was the easiest to work with. Not only did they offer me a fairly big loan at a decent rate, they worked efficiently and professionally, and I got the money I need in record time. I not only highly recommend them but would think of them first if I ever need another loan.

  Magnificent service!! Magnificent service!! I took one loan for $8,000 paid it off. I applied for another loan through Suncoast and was denied. I returned back to OneMain Financial and my representative Ms. Amalin Martinez assisted me through the entire process. Her attention to detail, her compassion but more importantly, her professionalism was impeccable. Its as if they truly understand their customers needs. Mrs. Martinez is a great asset to OneMain Financial and should be recognized for her dedication and hard work. GETTING A LOAN? Ask for Amalin Martinez she was awesome!!!

  The fist person that help us was very nice, we had agreed on seen each other again another day. When we came back, unfortunately she was out for lunch. And the other representative took us in. He was so cold and dismissive. We were in a difficult position ( still are) and he treated us like trash. Our loan request was denied, and he didn't even flinch in our favor, didn't care, didn't try to look for opportunities or options for us to solve our issue... Now I have a Hard inquiry on my credit and still no solution for us. I never felt so defeated and Look down upon in my life... NEVER AGAIN

  Quick approval process! Distribution process also was fast and easy. Great customer service and throughly go over loan documents. Hazel was great and very polite. She explained everything in detail and answered every question I had.

  Very unprofessional. I'm a current customer who was looking to refinance and borrow more monies. Supplied all requested documentation with the info they needed on the value of the purchase I was want to make. After 2 1/2 days no word. I call back following Monday and Pat, Their rep acted like he didn't have a clue what was going on. Spoke with Mgr who informed me that they didn't have necessary docs and that I would not be able to acquire the funds that I initially wanted and that it would be 1/2 the amount requested. All I was offered was an empty apology. I will be paying off my existing account ASAP and never do business with the company again. By the way, because of they're inability to communicate with me. I lost out on the purchase that I was wanting.

  Lack of effort to help customers, application doesnt explain how they work yet employee's fail to explain and gain a customer. Both me and a friend got denied at branch after speaking to rep on phone and submitting propper files ( that were checked twice for approval by rep). Experience is everything and this is not a good one for more than 3 people at a time( word of mouth travels far.. Hope others dont receive the same treatment...

  They have helped us out tremendously when others would not. We have been with them for years in WI and now have them in Florida. If you need to regroup your finances and need help, don't be afraid to call them. All walks of life need help every now and again, and these guys came to the rescue!

  I was not a customer but i went in with a friend and the way they treated him was as if he wasnt worth their time, even if he made over expected yearly. The process wasnt as explained on phone interview and the files he uploaded supposedly were wrong after told he was ok and good to just go and sign the paper work.. Waste of time and insulted how he was told he can just leave.
