  I was working with multiple lenders when I reached out to Aiman, getting quotes & initiating that whole process. Every other lender pressured me to move far quicker than I was comfortable with (i.e. sign a commitment letter as early as possible) & pressured me to get approved for far beyond what I was comfortable spending. Aiman, on the other hand, walked me through the process and made sure that I had all the answers I wanted before we committed to anything. He listened to my comfort levels on spending and locked me in at a great rate (the day after we locked in, rates went up a quarter percent, and they've been surging ever since). I was appreciative of Aiman helping me out as a first time buyer and making sure I knew what was going on the whole time. It didn't feel like Aiman was "making a sale" to me, it felt like he was helping a friend, and that was ultimately why I went with him.

  Aiman and his team at Inlanta Mortgage provided excellent service! We had an issue with a current lender not being able to meet our closing schedule within a few weeks of our closing date due to their internal processing missteps. We needed a solution fast. Our property is in a highly competitive seller's market. Our realtor recommended we try Aiman and his team. Wow; we had to start the process from scratch; Aiman said he could get it done as close to our closing schedule as possible. Amazingly; his team delivered a day ahead of our original closing date.   For a first time home buyer, it can be a daunting experience; not with Aiman though. He answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable on all of the loans we were looking into and worked really hard to make sure we got a loan appropriate for our family. He worked diligently on all aspects of our application and was always prepared and skilled in his field. It was also convenient to sign documents in the app! We will recommend him to anyone needing a lender!!

  Aiman at Inlanta was amazing to work with. When we were trying to get a home loan, we were barely at the credit scores needed. Aiman guided us through ways to improve our scores and did everything in his power to get us approved for the house we wanted. He was great at communicating with us through the whole process.   Aiman Abozeid and the team at Inlanta Mortage provided the most smooth and easy closing I have ever sat in on. I had a few issues that were potential deal killers, there was a problem with the original title of my property, I had a recent business failure and I had a few credit problems because of the business failure. They resolved all my issues AND I received the lowest interest rate I've ever had on a property at 3.5%... WOW... I love these guys...
