  We were very pleased with our experience working with Andy! We were not easy customers... Days before closing on a construction to permanent loan our plan changed and we had to switch to a purchase loan. Andy and Sidney were very helpful with each question that came up and worked with us to make our dream become a reality! They are easy to contact and quick to respond.

  Andy did a great job in a very timely manner after Rocket ( they were awful) dropped the ball on me. He was kind and did what he said he was going to do. We’re very excited to be moving into our first home together.

  Simply awesome service. Our mortgage was a bit challenging due to some appraisal and documentation issues but Andy and Sidney stayed on top of things and kept us on track. They provide constant feedback on status and respond to emails, calls, and texts instantly. Better than 5 stars.

  Platinum Home Mortgage stuck with me, and guided me through impossible situations. They literally did their job for me four times, due to me having to do contracts on four different houses, because of heartbreakingly failed home inspections. They never complained. They never gave up on me. They walked me through every step. I moved from a place that didn't have HOA's and this was the first home I'd ever financed, and numerous other challenges. You can imagine the questions I had. I'm sure I was the worst nightmare of a mortgage company, but I never felt like that here. Andy even made a spreadsheet for me to help me understand purchase amount and how HOA fees would impact my available credit to purchase a home. If you are looking for people to help you, and not just treat you like a number- These are really great people who are local. I cannot recommend, nor thank Andy and Sidney ENOUGH. I highly recommend Platinum Home Mortgage.

  The appraisal was delayed in coming back to the lender and had to be sent back to the appraiser, therefore making the closing delayed 3 times. The lender approval time frame was very quick. If the appraisal had not been delayed, closing would have been on time. Good experience.

  With the challenges and difficulty that frequently come with selling and buying property simultaneously, my wife and I honestly felt none of it under the advisement of PHMC. Platinum really took the stress and guesswork out of everything. Every step of the way was met with high-caliber assistance and at no time did we feel lost in what was taking place. We weren't "sold" anything we couldn't afford and there was absolutely no pressure put on us in any decision we made. One thing we really appreciated was the explanation of all the intricate steps and details that go into the underwriting process. It's daunting, to say the least. That said, we felt like we had all the information and guidance on our side from the folks helping us along from beginning to end. I will definitely refer friends and family to Platinum in the future.

I've had very good and desirable ,business interactions with " branch manager - Andrew griggs"! He is the "BEST" and most knowledgeable in this field! " VERY PROFESSIONAL "! Also , his assistant "Sydney " was helpful and prompt when assisting me ,with my "CLOSING PROCESS" on my house! This is my 2nd mortgage loan ,with this branch location and I gotta say ,I am well pleased and greatful for the "fixed rate " I was given . AMEN ,TO THAT !
