  I don’t do reviews but this place warranted it. Been here a few times and it’s always the worst experience and always the same. After trying a few times to give them a chance, I would never do business here again. The staff, especially the “owner”, are extremely condescending and liars that will try to extreme lowball you when you want to pawn or sell and jack the prices up when you want to buy. Everyone there is incredibly rude and it’s obvious all they are trying to do is screw you out of as much money as they can, while acting like they are “experts”. Ironic thing is they know absolutely nothing about the products they claim to. I understand how pawn shops work but this place is the worst of the worst, truly. The other pawn shops in the area are all friendly, professional and try and work with you. This place is a joke. Highly recommend take your business elsewhere, this place is just a hassle and staffed by amateur shakedown artists.

  I called before I came and spoke to a woman. I asked if they accept lawn mowers, she said yes. As I’m bringing my stuff to the door, the two older ladies that work there was looking at me liked I walked in the store naked or something. They frowned their faces at me as if I wasn’t supposed to bring it. Also as I’m looking at the jewelry counter, the lady says to me “ we will let you browse” What do they mean by “let me”?? Just a bad experience, bad vibe from the two ladies and one of the guys that work the counter. Instead of letting me try on the ring, he tries it on his finger. This is a say what they want and do what they want and get away with it store.They may be nice perhaps with other people, I do not doubt, but as far as I’m concerned every moment on the clock should be nice.

  I have been here a few times over the last few years and I have had great experiences every time. Buying from them is easy and they are so nice so it makes things that much easier. Highly recommend them.

  I was told a price on a item. I went back the next day and was told that I could not purchase the item for that price. The general manager was the person that did not honor the price given the day before. The general manager was hateful and rude. He told me he would write up the nice employee that offered me the deal. I will not go back there again. There is a good pawn shop in Longs and I have never had a problem there.

  Terrible service. They advertise that they buy silver bullion but the worker couldn't verify my silver was 99% . I had to go to a real pawn shop to sell my silver.

  Had the day off and decided to spend my stimulus check locally and purchase a new gun. Wasn’t greeted nicely at all before seeing a sign reading “We highly discourage browsing during these times” My question is why open the doors at all if I can’t shop at a retail store? They asked what gun I wanted exactly and I informed them I did not know that’s what shopping is for. Anyway I drove less than a mile away to another pawn shop. I browsed and spent my $1200 and then some there. Won’t go back

  Been doing business here for 3 years now and I'm always treated well and get good deals- whether it's on guitar accessories or used amps and guitars. This is a nice place, they are not here to RIP anybody off..... good people.

  Very polite staff and owner. Will definitely be a returning customer. Very straight forward and care about their customers. Also they have an amazing inventory most of anything you could want you should be able to find. It was a pleasure doing business with them I highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

  I have purchased many items and used them before. They have a friendly staff and have been extremely fair on the pricing. I will shop there again due to the great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

  Went to look at some rifles and seen a .22lr i wanted to buy. Asked the guy to look at it and asked for the price. Asked if i could purchase the rifle at the age of 20, the guy asked the owner and the owner said i am allowed to purchase the rifle. He told me to go home and get my Id and to come back and he would sell me it. I drove all the way home to get my id and drove back to the store for them to tell me i cannot purchase the rifle AFTER saying that i can. Gas isn't cheap... i 100% don't recommend this place what so ever. Not only are they expensive, they don't stick to what they say either.
