Always depend on friendly service. There are many options to manage money and life. The hours are very helpful as they stay open later then other banks and open on Saturdays. Clean environment. Located conveniently in many areas.

One of the worst TD’s I’ve been to. The ATM usually takes 4-5 tries before it takes my cash deposit, and I’ve had a banker be $20 off my deposit in the past, so I don’t trust the humans there. When the Garda truck is there, expect to wait at least an hour in line to be able to get any banking done because they do NOT know how to handle anything out of the ordinary. It’s not run well at all, and I have to go out of my way to Myrtle Beach just to deposit my paycheck as a result.

Excellent customer service. They are always friendly no matter if it's inside, through the drive-thru, and/or via telephone. Excellent example of how Customer Service and Overall, how people should be! Love this bank. Thank you TD Bank Employees for working and doing it with a smile!

Usually the tellers at this location are really nice. Today I encounter a girl who was brunette with long hair that looked Hispanic and I think is new that you could tell was in a horrible mood and just had a bad attitude. I honestly felt like I was bothering her asking her to cash my check and then pull out money from my savings. I work in customer service as well and sometimes you just have to put on a happy face even if you’re not in a good mood.

I'm absolutely appalled at how they've handled my money. I'd been with TD bank primarily in the NY area for years, online support and mobile support are the sweetest I've ever dealt with, NY branches have some of the nicest customer service I've dealt with. I deposit one check after freshly moving to NC at this branch and the next day my account has been blocked and I have no access to my money as they've opened a case because I deposited a check I received coming from my new NC address. I've been penniless like this for about a month now while I work five days a week for them to take my direct deposit and give me no access to it. I have changed my address but unless I receive a bill which I haven't yet because I'm staying with family, they're holding my income hostage. I am extremely frustrated and after this I will not be banking with them further. I'm disgusted that they can do this to people.

Love this location, most of the people working there are very good at their jobs and eager to please, there was one woman there I forget her name but she was on far right every time I used to go in but she was always short with me and rude, just miserable all the time haven’t seen her there in a while TD must have finally came to their senses and gotten rid of her. Love the fact they are open again I prefer to go inside.

Never any complaints, I’ve seen first hand customers get down right belligerent over having to wait a little bit in the drive thru but it’s the time we are living in right now. I always have good service, I was having an issue and was dealing with the manager there who was helping me with something for a couple days and he told me he would call me the next morning when it was done, 9:00 on the nose the next morning I got a call from him saying it was done and since I’m new to the area and avid golfer he suggested some places for me to try, good person there glad I Bank in little river

I have a love/hate relationship with this bank. I like the friendly employees at our local branch.... But TD US has the worst phone customer support line of any bank I've ever used. I'm constantly running into problems with my online banking, fraud, and being given incorrect instructions from people over the phone. Everytime I have to call in I'm on hold for 20 minutes. They are updating there website this week. Maybe this smooth some things out.

Don't even use this bank, they're racist. They won't hire hispanics despite the need for people who are bilingual in the area, they don't believe in diversity! As a bank they're shady too. They'll use your money/savings and invest it, gain profits from it and STILL charge you $6.00 to keep your money for THEIR OWN GAIN!! So basically you're paying this bank $6.00 a month so they can become filthy rich, because all their services have a charge, so there's no benefit for the customer other than holding a debit card in your hand, and tbh, you could just use cash, or banks like Capital One who won't charge you while they become rich! Capital One actually pays YOU interest on your checking account. Not TD Bank!

I cant give a 0 star, I opened up an account for my 17 year old daughter I had to be on it I do understand because she 17 no big deal, she goes to use her debit card about a month later and it comes back declined, I call the bank and they say there's an IRS security lock and the bank account is frozen long story short come to find out the lady who opened her account never put her last name on the account and SS # did not match, so it was locked. We brought in all her paperwork showing she was who she was still can't use it I had to call customer service speak to a manager it took 3 days and today they say everything is clear. But how is that my fault they the lady forgot to put a last name in. They were incredibly rude and we will be going there to close her account. We will stick to BB and T in Little River
