Rickaa Rozzay1I’m very displeased been banking with them for 10 years too many fee, even when you opt out you still have to the pay fees. Online service and phone banking is always closed before, during and after the holiday, Why can’t you login online or by phone just because it’s a holiday. I miss the old bank, the bank is too corporate and it’s just horrible! I was able to speak with the bank manager of this branch today and I see why the bank is going downhill maybe. I do not recommend.

Missy Gee1I work within the same facility/building at this branch and there are hardly any customers EVER! I’ve been waiting 30 minutes to be helped while one gentleman is on the computer and the other on the phone. After 20 minutes of clicking the first gentleman asked me if he could help and I told him why I needed. He couldn’t help me. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the large gentleman on the phone. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST service I’ve ever received. No wonder they don’t have cleats! DON’T BANK HERE!

Kyle Johnsen5I had a hard time finding a credit union in the co-op shard branching network that would help me get get money to pay for a used car until I finally found MembersFirst. I wasn't sure what to do since there was a cash withdrawal limit but they helped me work out a plan to use a cashier's check and meet there to do the transaction, which I couldn't do elsewhere because of limits on shared branch cashier's checks.
