  The best service department of any dealership I have ever gone too. Ben my service advisor is top notch!! I did purchase my vehicle at this dealership, and although I felt I did not get the best price (my fault), I have no regrets in my final decision to buy there. Every time I have taken my vehicle in they fixed it in a timely manner. This company is awesome! Now Planet Ford, was told same owner and staff. They are still great, my service advisor John is top notch!

  Being my first car, I was very nervous but everyone there made the experience go so well! I got a great deal and it was a quick process. I was taken care by Sales Consultant Joe D’Angelo and he was great! He went straight to the process, did not have me waiting and told me everything as it is! Highly recommend.

  The ford service man showed up at my house replaced the airbag in our car whole thing took about 15 of 20 minutes . The guy was kind curtious and very knowledgeable. I say ford went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe .

  I want to say that Planet Ford was amazing when it came to me looking at and purchasing a new truck. I was supposed to meet one of the salesmen but he had already gotten involved in another sale. No issues. Then Travis became my salesman. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and thorough. Within 15 minutes of talking to him I decided I was buying my vehicle from Planet Ford specifically Travis regardless of the price. Once we told him what vehicle we were interested in he grabbed the keys and asked us had we driven or knew about the truck. I said no but in reality I had driven one at another dealer (Bob Tomes Ford) who was playing games with the price. Even though I had driven it before when he explained literally every feature from the slow ease down tailgate to the lane monitoring I learned things I didn’t know before. During the test drive I told my wife I think this is the one. She mentioned the price and I replied that doesn’t matter. We get back and I tell him I want it. We start talking prices and he gives me one and I counter it. He goes to the back and comes back with another price. I counter again and they beat my counter. I was amazed. My previous experience at the other dealer had him telling me they wouldn’t go for that price before he even presented it. Planet Ford didn’t try to run my credit until the price was solidified. I greatly appreciated that. So if you need a Ford or any vehicle period head over to Planet Ford and see Travis and tell them Brandon sent you.

  We could not have asked for a better sales person than Mr. Joe DeAngelo-a true gentleman. My husband searched the Edmunds website late one evening and Joe called us immediately the next morning. He thoroughly informed him about the truck and sent over the car fax. He knew we were traveling a little over two hours to check out the truck and checked on us while en route and even after the purchase was complete he texted us on the way home to make sure all was well. His professionalism and pleasant demeanor was welcoming as soon as we walked through the dealer's doors. The financing process was expedient without any added nonsense that many dealerships take you through. We would purchase a vehicle from Joe ANYTIME. The Brown Family
