David Estrada5There are always familiar friendly faces when you visit. I've gone here to open several different accounts, and they've always been professional and kind. I hope to see this branch represent what bank branches could be to their local community. This Capital One branch could rethink its use of space. It seems like the waiting/business area is always empty besides the line for a teller. I see complaints about the wait time. Speaking from experience, being a teller requires you to be precise and not prioritize speed. I say the bank should try to solve this issue. It does seem like the tellers are stretched between the drive-through and the lobby. I'm giving this rating mainly on how well the team is functioning within their bandwidth and resources.

Brandon G.4I have banked here for many years. Never had any problems. Like all banks, they are reducing the number of branches, so it's kind of hard to find a branch nearby. There's like 3 in the city, but you rarely need cash or to go inside nowadays.

jose herrera2I have a capital one credit card which is not bad for building credit. This is my issue with this bank. I have visited this bank twice and both of those visits haven't been pleasant at all. Everytime i want to speak with a banker, they don't have enough bankers !!! That's crazy... you go to the bank to resolve things with a banker but there is no one to help you!! It's been 1 hour and by the time you are looking at this review! I am probably gonna be here still waiting for service.

Jere Reiser2I am new to this bank. I transferred $1,500.00 from Comerica to this branch on Wednesday. I returned on Friday. I have an established account. I was told only $400.00 of my transfer was available to me for transactions. My account was frozen.No one could tell me why or who to call. My rent was due on Saturday and they on took Cashiers Checks.I called an 800# and was told I would get my$$$ weekly in stages of $400.00 ,$400.00 and $ 200.00.It's essentially a float scam. Two weeks later I took in a $650.00 check from Mutual of Omaha Insuranne Co. I asked when my money would be available. She answered about a week or two. I asked why and she looked at the check and said "This bank is pretty far away." I may be 76 yrs old but I'm not stupid.

Travis5I had every intention of giving this a one-star review, but thanks to Josh Baadsgaard this branch is redeemed. His co-workers completely botched my business accounts on my previous visit. Multiple phone calls to customer service and a branch visit later, my problem was not resolved. Even though it was not his doing, Josh stepped up and did everything in his power and patiently helped me with my problemed accounts. He was polite and professional the entire time, even when I was less than polite to him. In my opinion both as a customer and business owner, that's the type of employee that should be promoted to manager. He showed initiative when his co-workers (who caused the problem) hid in the back and avoided responsibility.

Dany Armijo2I spend over and hour here attempting to open a bank account , and it was a complete fail. Very frustrating especially sin the bankers only explanation was that the system was down at the moment . she was really nice and did everything in her power to help me yet it was a very unpleasant experience for me. As a result i went to BBVA and opened a checkings account immediately and was in and out in half an hour with no problems or delays the staff there was very professional and generous and went above and beyond in making sure my experience there was absolutely phenomenal . i would never go back to capital one or recommend it to anyone .

Grant Woodruff1Update: After switching from Bank of America I was initially impressed with Claudia and the branch staff. Over the past 3 months everything changed. Claudia is so busy she takes weeks to respond to emails or calls if at all. We had some cash flow issues and the bank charged me $1700 in overdraft fees that they said they would remove or lower. They lied. To top that off they caused the fees by holding a $25,000 dollar deposit check for 7 days written by a vice president of another bank for a renovation. When I changed banks, which is difficult for a business, it was with the promise of great customer service, communication, the most important factor NO holds on checks after 1 business day. This bank and the leadership has failed my business as a client and quickly become another impersonal Bank of America... nothing more than automation and departments not communication with one another. I'm moving to a local Texas bank and hope to avoid this issue in the future. Capital One you just lost a customer and credibility. Original Review: I switched my business banking from Bank of America to Capital One about a year ago. The level of person to person service I receive is unparalleled in my 6 years of business banking. Claudia Burgess is the branch manager and she responds to emails within MINUTES. Bonkowski1Mysteriously lost my funds after I requested an overseas transfer. Asked for a manager to reach out weeks ago and still nothing. I am now having to work with the Better Business Bureau and multiple lawyers to get my funds back. Nearly $4,000 gone into thin air thanks to Christina & Brandon at this branch.

Vanessa Reyna1DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!! Do not bank with Capital One!!! DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!! If I could not mark a Star I would not!! I was told by a couple of people this is one of the best banks. I was told by a couple to steer away. I took my chances and went it. TWO WEEKS after using a branch ATM for the FIRST TIME. My check gets lost and they can't guarantee I'll get my money back because the ATM didn't send an image to the branch so they can't copy it. The ATM also immediately shreds the check. This is a TAX RETURN we are talking about THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS that are just gone??? DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!! Do not bank with capital one!!! DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!! This was for a down payment on a house that my family of 7 children has been dying for and our hopes and hard work have just been ripped to pieces from us!! DO NOT BANK WITH CAPITAL ONE!!!
