  I called to ask for a print out of my account activity due that it can't be done online and spoke to manager(Tamana Koh) and she said I could not get one unless I had appointment. I told her I had gotten one a couple of weeks ago and it took no more than 3 minutes and I was in and out and she refused to do so. She spent more time on the phone with me than what it would of taken them to give me print out. I asked if she could printed out for me and again she refused. When I asked for her name she provided and then told me to come by branch so I could pick up her business card????? Talk about bad customer service coming from a manager. NOTE: I went to other branch and was given print out, I was in and out in 3 minutes.

  This is the worst bank. They always are out to make money and they constantly block your card without notice. In the past three months my card has been blocked without notice which caused me to have to walk because my "$6.00" lyft ride request needed to be verified. This same situation also happened to me when I was visiting Washington DC, I had to walk because of them in a city I know nothing about. Not to mention the countless times I was been embarrassed because they blocked my card for verification purposes. If you want access to your money at all times with no inconvenience please go to another bank. THIS BANK IS SKETCHY!!!!! I see why they had that lawsuit now, I am a witness to their sketchy business behavior!

  I have significant funds and securities with this bank. I have a recorded call where the branch manager refused to give me the contact information for the district manager. Loan officers at this bank were unable to provide a rate for borrowing funds for any use, even for buying a car...even if such loan was secured against my own funds or a pledged CD. They only could accept an application and forward it to another location for processing which could take an unknown amount of time. Branch manager Caesar was disinterested in providing any help or providing me the contact information I requested. I will be transferring a major part of my business , perhaps all in the coming weeks. Update: Talked with DM. Wells Fargo doesn't have anyone in the entire DFW metroplex with lending authority, even when the loan amount is secured with 10 times the loan amount in cash held by Wells Fargo.

  I was here on a rainy day trying to use their ATM. I put my window down to put my card in and water dripped inside my car. Like it wasn't little rain drops, it was water dripping from their ATM cover top. Whoever did the construction work in this location sucks. It is embarrassing that a bank like Wells Fargo hasn't fixed this issue, as it is a problem when customers are not able to use your ATM in a rainy day.

  The best customer service out of any Wells Fargo Branch that I've ever been into, I go across town just to come here. I love this Bank!

  The staff here is great and wait times are minimal. The parking lot layout is a bit weird and tight but the service is worth battling to find a decent spot.

  It is a Wells Fargo. (Was a Shell Station years ago). Pretty much standard bank. Getting into the parking lot from Lemmon is a bit odd, have to go onto Wycliff to get back into the lot.

  Very small branch with attentive personnel. Only marked down because of its ridiculously & horribly designed parking lot.
