  Folks here are knowledgeable and hospitable. I did not let onto them that I had 30yrs experience just so I can evaluate them based on usual client practices. They did great with just 1 tiny flaw which didn't affect the transaction. I'm also using them for the Escrow process of our current purchase. Highly recommend Green Valley Pioneer Title Agency team.

  I couldn't possibly, after our closing there, and several very negative subsequent visits, leave a positive review. You're frankly treated as a nuisance when having to return to clear up paperwork issues they caused. There are many alternatives, I suggest people use those as a safer choice.
