  Since I have moved all my accounts to Wafd Green Valley I have had nothing but exceptional service. If it hadn't been for Colleen Ward assisting me with our Cares Act loan I personally think I wouldn't have received it. She put the personal touch back into small business banking. She took care of all details on her end and made sure I had everything straight on my end. I couldn't ask for a better bank. Truly one of a kind.

  When I was looking for a bank to fit my need, I was referred to Colleen Ward at Washington Federal in Green Valley. She was very professional, very friendly, and the whole staff has been great to work with. This is a top notch bank and I have been highly satisfied going to them for my needs. Thank you Washington Federal and thank you Mrs. Ward for all your assistance so far!! If it were possible I would give them 10 Stars and 2 thumbs up!!

  Washington Federal’s CEO and it’s staff have reached out to help furloughed Government employees during this Government shutdown which is a HUGE help. The staff has been amazing and the atmosphere very relaxed. Colleen Ward helped us through the process and was fantastic. Highly recommend this branch and this bank!!!

  I would like to start off by saying this is a small town bank. You walk through the door and everyone addresses you by your name with a smile. But there is one person in there who goes above and beyond and thats Colleen Ward. She was so professional and outstanding helping me set up a bank account. When I had issues logging into the App she took a lot of time to help me work through it and get the issue resolved. Definitely my go to person.
