Aaron Casillas5You always hear stories about how in the old days banks really cared about their customers. I've never experienced that until my wife and I opened an account at Pioneer. Darlene was very patient and helped us set up our online banking account before we left the building. To my surprise she called the next day just to check on us and make sure we were having a great experience. Thank you Darlene and Pioneer!

Leticia Gomez5Ive moved all my accounts to pioneer bank. Darlene at the main branch on Lohman is amazing. I Always go with her to open my accounts. She is always available for questions or just helping with anything needed. She's always smiling and the tellers are quick and friendly..been here 6yrs and not ever leaving..

Cristal Garcia5Nothing but awesome!!! Opened up a bank account with Pioneer for our start up business, specifically with Darlene. Then we went back and opened up seven more accounts for our businesses and personal. We LOOOOOOOOOOOVE Pioneer! No bank fees, transfer as much as you want no penalty, no BS, they are super friendly and helpful, no stupid policies like Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Also, Darlene is so funny and such a down to earth person, she's my go to girl! I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer Bank over any other bank anytime!

Sherry Eichorn5I simply love my hometown bank. Whether I use the drive-in, commercial teller or walk into this bank branch the staff is phenomenally friendly, courteous, and always professional. I always leave wearing a smile. And, Darlene Stadler is an AWEESOME Customer Service Representative. I would not think of banking anywhere else. What a value their free business account is!

Randy Thornley5My car died at the bank. I had to be at work in a couple of hours. A kind bank officer volunteered to jump start my car and did so very quickly. He suggested that I get my battery, starter, and alternator tested and volunteered to install a new battery if needed. I bought a new battery after following his suggestions and was able to make it on time to work as his installation was speedy and professional quality. Customer service at Pioneer Bank is the best!

Phillip Harrington5Great local bank! They treat me like good friends and always have a smile. I totally choose to go inside and wait in a typically short line. It is seriously the only bank I recommend to my friends and people in the area generally. Wish I could give it more than 5*s

I. V.1Very greedy bank. I was charged $5 to cash a check. I didn't choose the bank, the person who wrote the check did. I didn't want to open a checking account, I already have two banks that I already use. I don't need a third. I did not have anything against Pioneer Bank beforehand, but now I do. The $5 fee will not break me, but that sure is a way to piss off a potential future client. I hope they change this practice in the future.
Response from the ownerIsaac, we apologize you had an issue. This is a policy that we had to implement due to the large amount of non-customers cashing checks at our branches. We do not charge customers a fee to cash checks.

Lucas Allen1AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL COSTS! My wife and I have been running around trying to sign papers so she can receive money from her car accident (which is a small fraction of what we were told it would be). Even with an appointment there is no one in the office so she can sign the papers. We've had to call all their offices for only the East El Paso office to pick up and they can't even get in contact with the person who is supposed to be at this office. If I could give this attorney zero stars I would. I'm shocked that they're even still in business when this is how they run their office. Not to mention my wife has been waiting 9 months already for this money and she was told she'd have it two months ago. I'm really questioning what they've actually been doing for the last 9 months or if my wife will even get any money. Hope Roberto L. Sanchez is ready for the bar complaints he's going to receive.

Carolyn Cole2Every time I go into this bank there are either no tellers or only one teller with a line of people waiting. I cash checks drawn on this bank regularly, and every time I go into this branch, It takes an unusual and unreasonable amount of time to process a check. Today, the teller stopped in the middle of her/my transaction to chat personally with a customer at the teller line behind her. When the transaction was done, she reminded me that they are offering free checking accounts. I told her that I was going to be honest; I would never open account here because of the poor customer service and explained. She responded: “Oh? Ok.”
