  It would have been nice to know that the customer would leave, and be notified they are leaving, the e-commerce website to go to the Pinwheel's website to make payment. Obvious this is a deterrent to the buyer and lowers conversation rates. Learning this when you connect your website to the Pinwheel platform is a bad time to become aware of this.

  ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Service. My first experience with Dan Guy at Pinwheel was a year ago, and the service he provided then was excellent. Unfortunately, I had to close that Shopify store, and was no longer was able to work with Pinwheel. Fast forward a year later, I discovered Pinwheel was an option for my other Shopify store. I immediately made the switch. What took days for my previous provider, took Dan only minutes. Plus, it worked the first time! I have worked with many different Credit Card processors / gateways and its refreshing to work with a company that treats every customer like your the most important customer they have. Thanks Dan for all you do!
