  Mark Zimmerman completely saved my buyers deal. We had an appraiser cancel during an appraisal shortage, Mark called every appraiser on the list to get the quickest appraisal which still took about 2 weeks before they got out but most were and still are taking over a month to get out to the home. There were some other out of our hand issues that came up and Mark dealt with it with professionalism during tough times. My clients are now living in their dream home with a mortgage that they are happy about.

  I am the sellers broker on a home with buyers using Gold Eagle Capital for their loan. The lender is Mark Zimmerman. The loan is so late in closing that it has critically damaged the sellers. They are sitting in a loaded truck with no where to go due to this negligent company. I am being told we MAY close next week so this military family with 4 kids can't close on their new home and may lose it due to all the delays by Gold Eagle Capital. I have been sounding alarms for weeks with only promises and no action. My clients have to pay for a truck for a week now because we were lied to about the appraisal being in and things moving forward. The sellers have no time off next week to unload if their next home is still waiting ...just a disaster.... I will never allow this lender to represent any of my further transactions. It feels so bad to have literally crying clients and no way to help. Avoid this excuse making poor service company, it is a nightmare!

  For our readers and friends, we closed this deal and our clients are very happy. The buyer's agent, Cheyenne Blue, gave us 5 stars on this deal. Lorrie has had a suspended DRE real estate license with penalties, and should properly communicate and advise her client as it is critical especially during these Covid times. Trying to “save face” is not professional. Fortunately, we were able to properly update her seller clients directly to provide real info. in order to close the deal. Our clients (buyer) are happy and acknowledge the hard work and professionalism that my team as put in. In fact, we are now working with new referrals.
