  Just horrible customer service. To allow any situation to escalate to the point of not following correct steps in contacting your own bank members. People are just sick in there own skin and racially profile for hurtful reasons. That's something no one can come back from. Just so sad.

  I totally recommend this credit union. I have been a member for over 20 years and the service is excellent. Also, I endorse credit unions over banks because 1) fees are lower; 2) fewer penalties; 3) big banks gamble with our money but with a credit union, you are not only a depositor but a partial owner. Credit unions are nonprofit, FDIC insured, and a much better option than the big banks. And Pinal County Federal Credit Union is one of the best! Check them out. Your money is safe and you will save money!

  Just a heads up the "drive through " is open at 8:30 am. NOT to go inside if you're there to pull from a sister bank That is atb10:30 am....

  When expectations are not met, it can be frustrating! Shared Branching transactions for members of other credit unions have special limitations tied to them, which is why these types of transactions are not done in the drive thru. For convenience lobby hours are posted at our entrances, our website, and the Shared branching website for non-members.   These people are Great, The Fed's made mistakes with my SSA account. although they (PCFCU) were NOT at fault she helped resolve the problem in less than 1 hour !!! Previously I'd spent almost 9 hours on my phone with SSA, and never had the errors corrected. Miss Mirranda FIXED ALL MY ISSUES IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. Love that, God for that caring young LADY, THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!
