  John at Castle Rock Mortgage helped my fiance and I finance a single family home in Aurora, Colorado. As first time home buyers, we knew little to nothing about buying a home, and even less about financing one - especially in a such a competitive market. John comprehensively explained the home buying and financing process to us and was available at any time of day to answer our questions. We felt very taken care of, amidst what could have been a very stressful transaction. On top of that, John was very expedient, professional, and trustworthy.   Had a great experience working with John in regards to financing of a single family home in Tucson, AZ . He was very prompt in regards to communication and very focused on meeting the closing date. I have bought and sold at least 4 properties in the last two years and this was the best experience in regards to financing

We had to change the close date and move things around because of the close of date on the house we were selling moving up. John worked to move up the close date on the house we were buying to ensure we had a place to stay.
