  Hi world, I am a homeowner now. Yes and thanks to PhoneOps. I worked with Tasha and Calvin and they are the best. They bent over backwards for me to get me closed and I CLOSED! They do more for people than any other companies if you ask me because 2 other companies denied me and sent me on my way but PhoneOps didn’t turn me down. I also referred my sister and two of my friends. My sister closed last week, and my two friends closed earlier this week. I’ve been meaning to put in my review but had a lot of moving to do then helped my sister with her move. I am so excited. My credit was and still is jacked up but PhoneOps didn’t care, they got me closed so if anyone has a problem with PhoneOps, they have to answer to ME. I Highly recommend PhoneOps; they are the best!

  Hello everyone. All I have to say is that PhoneOps is awesome in my book. I was in foreclosure last year and no one was able to help me except PhoneOps. I raised my children and grand children in this home so I really didn’t want to lose my home and thanks to PhoneOps, I got another chance with their Foreclosure Bailout Program. Since then, I have referred a few of my friends and family members and they have successfully purchased their home and some have already refinanced with no problems so most likely, they will be submitting their reviews as well.

  I got a mortgage loan here a couple months ago; just received my first mortgage payment in the mail. It felt like I was dreaming as I didn't believe that I actually had settlement. I AM A HOMEOWNER NOW! I worked with Mr. McFearson and Mr. Jacobson. Very nice men and their Processing Team was very quick on responding to emails and updates. I highly recommend PhoneOps, great company if you to receive quality service and reach settlement.

  My credit wasn't so good so I've been turned down quite a few. When I found PhoneOps, I wasn't sure that I would close due to my credit scores but PhoneOps closed me. I was treated like if I had an 800+ score so I am grateful for that. PhoneOps is good in my book and when it's time to refinance, I will be back. Thank you.

  At PhoneOps, I worked with Ms. Dunn and Mr. Sperrazza and they are the best. I live in Jacksonville, FL and they helped me purchase a home with ease. I was renting for over 20 years and I was approved for the 100% financing program. It was great. I will refer my friends and family. Thanks PhoneOps.

  Hi world, I may say I am satisfied with the work that PhoneOps performed. All I had to do was submit the documents that's on the Check List, get my credit pulled, sign my disclosures & keep communication open. After that, my file was submitted for pre-approval the same day and I was off to look at properties. If I didn't do my part, I would not had gotten pre-approved and I would not had looked at properties so of course, I had to do my part first which is understandable. So in other words, if you don't submit your documents, you'll not getting pre-approved and you're not looking at properties. Other than that, the process went smoothly, I found a property, the Processors cleared my conditions, the Title Agent explained everything at closing, my closing cost was less then expected which was great and I am very satisfied; I highly recommend PhoneOps and I will use them again. The ones that I worked with (Tasha, Eric, Reese's, Aleeyah, Sigh and Mia) are great, I can't see how anyone can say otherwise. I hope my review helps you in your future endeavors.

  Reece Dunn, Deborah Joseph- Splatt and Eric or the shadiest group of people that I have ever met. Run far from this company do not enter in any contract with them. They will fail to get you a loan they will fail to find you a home then they will lock you into a 270 day contract while they do absolutely nothing for you. They deserve zero stars please try and get a loan from a respectable well known company. This company is a scam.

  It saddens PhoneOps to hear such negativity as we do our best to help everyone. Long & behold, we just can't. You couldn't get pre-approved due to your credit and that's not PhoneOps fault. No Realtor will show you properties if you're not pre-approved as it would be a waste of your time and theres. Your best option would be to fix your credit then re-apply for financing then a Real Estate Agent will be able to show you properties.

  I just got my loan closed through PhoneOps and I have to say, they were the best especially during this troubled time with covid-19. I highly recommend PhoneOps for purchases and refinances.
