      I have had my Account with Community Credit Union (when it was still the little white Flat roofed building behind the Sears Plaza in Rockledge) A long time ago ... Early 80's (?) I have always had excellent service from Very Good ladies and men. They are always right there and ready to help. Since my husband retired he does most of our banking in the branches and I get to keep up on the PC. Thank You!

      I have been using CCU for years and have been very pleased with their service. Their online banking website is the best I have seen. The reason for only two stars is I had to contact their service center on a Saturday with an urgent problem. I waited about 30 minutes before ever talking to someone. The operator was off shore and spoke VERY broken English. Tried calling again and was cut off. Their service over the phone in off hours is the pits!!!

      Just had the worst "member services" phone call. First, I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for a representative, then of course I was disconnected. Had to call back and wait another 15 minutes for a rep. This was an off-site rep (not at the actual credit union facility itself). All the rep did is answer my questions with scripted answers. Plus, the rep could not resolve my issue. I felt like I was talking to a "big-box" bank. So disappointing.

      I went to this branch on 2/22/2022 because I had some interest in becoming a new customer with them based upon a neighbors recommendation. She stated that the customer service she received was always exceptional. When I went inside and took a seat to see about setting up an account, I was approached by a employee named Mallak?….who stated she was the branch manager ?? Due to I didn’t sign in because I was new, she made me feel as though I was not worthy of her time. Due solely to her attitude and demeanor I left without joining and went to SpaceCoast where I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. I do NOT recommend CCU at all! The way I felt was like I was beneath this manager.

      Every time I have ever had a question, problem, or whatever, they have been extremely helpful. This last recent situation was a mistake with a CCU ATM. I called about and was told it would be looked into. It was charging an ATM fee and it shouldn't. They ran a report on the machine, and refunded the fee back to me, twice! Evidently it had done it before and I wasn't aware. I am very impressed with how they handle things in my local area. Thank you CCU.

      Poor customer service; the woman made me feel like I was a nuisance while trying to open a business account. She ran my credit without asking first. I would have been fine for it but really... I literally found out while sitting there because my CHASE app notified me. I was opening an account here to move from Chase. The irony. Ultimately, I came back another day to close my account. Space Coast Credit Union has much friendlier staff.

      I went to this branch with a relative to go into a safe deposit box (shes elderly). We signed in for assistance and took a seat as they were busy. And we didn’t mind waiting do to this. A lady named Melek or so (something different), directed us rather impolitely and impatiently to go to tellers for help. They were busy and melek?? Had nobody in her office yet basically dumped us off like we were beneath her time and her royal highness aurora!!! Needless to say, we won’t be coming back other than for my aunt that close accounts out and go elsewhere. Please don’t ask for aunts info as we aren’t interested in talking about this matter! The damage has already been done by your highness. Only reason two stars not one is nice facility and other workers seemed genuine in helping customers need’s.

      A decent bank for the community with reasonable structures and helpful people. Only a 4 star because of certain small policies that don’t make too much of a headache once you know about them. Just had a phone call with a gentleman named Cory who prompted this review with his outstanding customer service and proper handling of a somewhat complex circumstance. 5 stars for him as an employee

      I have been a customer of CCU for more than 25 years. At the same time I had accounts with Space Coast & KSC... both were substandard, and I closed the accounts. When I've called with a situation, the staff explained several initiatives they offer. I found the 1k loan to be very helpful on a few occasions. Over the years, I've miscalculated and over-drafted a few times, and they researched and returned my overdraft fee. Exceptional service, face-to-face and over the phone.
