  Not a prime location, one clerk serving five customers in line on a Friday. Seriously, WF, you can't do better than that? Two stars, honestly maybe one.

  Not even one star...with a company doing bank deposits and such, our expectations are high for simple procedures. ever since using this bank, the drive through lines, although great customer service, are unnecessarily long waits. I’m doing this review as I sit in my car for over FORTY FIVE MINUTES. i purposefully set a return time later in the afternoon for my business with the understanding that it may take a little time considering. but this is ridiculous. there are multiple lanes, but very few tellers and you can audibly hear multiple people in their vehicles upset and complaining. again, I arrived at the drive thru at 12:15pm and it’s now 1:04pm just NOW leaving. Unacceptable! I’m aware this issue will not be resolved anytime soon, but I’m not comfortable going to this branch anymore due to not knowing how long I will have to wait in the future.

  The manager here treats customers with disdain. This particular branch likes to make managing your money as difficult as possible, all while taking as long as possible. The bank is not bad, the problems are linked to the staff. If you want timely service, you should seek another branch in the area.

  Horrible place. Do yourself a favor and find a local bank. Corporate banks that are too big to fail like this one does not care about their customers. Local Banks look for growth and are more likely to treat you fairly because of it. I mean, the Wells Fargo scandal back in 2016 says a lot about this company. Their values are poor and corrupt.

  Absolutely horrible customer service!!! They mink the clock at this bank!! I am shocked worst Wells Fargo I've ever been to will never come here again!!

  They let someone take money out bank that account when they were canceled and charge 35 dollars I feel they should of not done this when they were advice about this
